Rooms not quite as luxurious as expected for the price. Bathrooms need updating 50 euros each way for a taxi into the centre of Porto Cervo Had to pay for sun beds on the hotel beach club - suffice to say we didn’t!

On the paper the hotel has everything you might need, restaurants, pool, a beach, wellness center. There were plenty of beach chairs at the pool and we didn't need to put our towels to occupy them since breakfast as many people did. The rooms were not super new but we loved ours with the view of the garden. The pool is nice and there are bars and restaurants around. You can enjoy being in the shade or under the sun. Breakfast was abundant and nice but coffee was just ok.

I had the feeling that because we were staying only for a night, we were not treated as everyone else. For example nobody gave us instructions about breakfast, dinner and how to reach the beach. We heard from the customers who arrived before us at the check in. During the day we inquired about this information, and the person from the staff who helped us was very surprised nobody instructed us earlier. One last note: we stayed in a ground floor room. Guests above us were singing and laughing until 3 AM as they were basically in their own house. Otherwise for the rest, the crowd is a mix of old people and young families, friendly and well mannered.

Everything, the pool, location and the Breakfast was great. The staff at Breakfast and dinner was excellent.

To hard beds

We stayed 3 nights in a room with a live garden view and part sea view. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bright with a nice balcony. A beautiful new bathroom with large shower cubicle. The pool is gorgeous with lots of sunbeds. A few minutes walk down to the beach which is great, white sand and clear water. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, we didn’t eat dinner there. Its a good 20 minutes walk into the main but of town but was only 25 euros in an Uber back. would definitely stay here again. Recommendations: Hivoa restaurant nearby, great food, 5 -10 mins walk (need to book), catamaran trip to Magdalena islands, sunset at the Zamira lounge in Porto Cervo. Thanks to the hotel staff for making our trip so good x

The pool is very nice - big. Nice various sitting areas around the pool area for visiting, relaxing. Was quiet at the beginning of June. We had a view room which I recommend. It helps to enjoy the reason you are there. Plenty of restaurants around.

We did not have instructions that when we arrived there was a gate. We needed to get out of car and ring the bell for them to answer phone and let us in. We didn't have that in any instructions so ended up driving around a little bit and then calling. Also, Google maps did not take us to correct spot on first try.

Beautiful hotel, pool area is great and plenty of space and availability on the sun loungers - lots of different types of sun loungers (beds, sheltered baskets etc.) The grounds were amazing and the room was great. Staff helpful and friendly

Nothing to not like about the hotel. Slightly out of the way, we drove to the main centre where the restaurants, shops and yachts are as it was about a 45 min walk, only 10 min drive. But there are restaurants near the hotel as well

The landscaping and gardens around this hotel are beautiful and very well maintained, with an extraordinary amount of colour, really lovely. Very pleasant smallish beach a very short walk away (although you have to pay extra for the parasol and beds, €40 for 2 people when we went). A good beach restaurant. Excellent pool at the hotel which is big enough for lengths with a nice pool bar which serves lunch too. Our room was a good size, not big but not cramped with a terrace over-looking a lush part of the gardens and a good sized shower room and plenty of cupboard space (although no long hanging space!). Really nice staff. My husband was delighted that there was a gym which he had to himself mostly. The area around the hotel is stunning. We didn't rent a car, but Porto Cervo village and marina are walkable (about 20 minutes) where there are supermarkets, shops and restaurants (even a pub in the marina) and there are two excellent restaurants about 10/12 minutes walk away.

The coffee with the breakfast is terrible. How do Italians accept it? You can order coffee from the bar, but it's still not great. The coffee at the beach restaurant is okay. Room maintenance should be tightened up. The safe and air conditioning units in our room needed to be changed. Once we pointed it out it was quickly sorted out though. The shower pressure could be better, but our friends' shower was okay so varies from block to block. I found the bed too hard and when we arrived all the mattress toppers were already allocated so I had to wait 5 nights which wasn't great. Beware the vans for more than 2 people that pick you up from the airport if you are easily car sick. The journey is only about 35 minutes, but it is twisty and our friends had a bad start to their holiday!

Overall the staff were very nice, especially the pool bar staff and the cleaning staff. The hotel had a beautiful pool area with incredible views over the beach and was less than 5 minutes drive to Porto Cervo

No coffee/ kettle in the room and if you are checking out before breakfast, no coffee anywhere in the hotel! The receptionist was eventually kind enough to make me a cup of coffee before I headed to the airport at 5 am, but a four star hotel should not have a guest begging for coffee before driving in the dark to the airport. Also, the rooms are quite humid, yes it was raining and stormy, but the insulation in the rooms was very poor. The pool bar only services salads for lunch and the closest restaurant is 1km away and the closest supermarket 6 kms - so it was challenging with a child.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices

Restaurant is quite expensive but there are some good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
