The location was fantastic. The view was amazing. It was lovely to sit in the balcony and inside with doors open looking at the beach. The apartment had everything you could possibly think of, even stubby holders. The staff were great and went out of their way to assist with a replacement pedestal fan when ceiling fan wouldn’t work.

Strong scents from a plug in air freshener and spray air freshener was overwhelming for me. I didn't realise the apartment was upstairs/downstairs so with a toddler I would book the single level apartment next time to minimise the time spent blocking off the staircase (not a criticism, but useful for other travellers with kids).

The location was just perfect, adjacent to the foreshore, the unit was just across the road. The sunset from our balcony was just so nice in the evenings, we didn't need to go to the beach to take photos unless needed the landscape background. The area would suite a photographer if wanting a unique backdrop. We didn't use the pool area during our stay as the beach had all we required, however parents and children visiting loved the pool. Location, location, location, if you are looking for a quiet relaxing or romantic holiday and no stress in your life.

Everything was just so good, there was nothing we didn't like about the facility or management. If anyone can find something to complain about, they may as well stay at home and leave the complex for those who wish to enjoy a "Great" relaxing holiday.

They are right across from the beach; they had a pool and BBQ area. there is a convenience store a 2min walk from the units and pubs, fish and chip shop, ice cream shop and when we were there, they had the Sunday market. thier was also a beach wear store. perfect for quiet and to relax

Great location and view from balcony, watching the sunset in comfort. Comfy bed and good shower. Off street parking was handy, especially as road was quite crowded during the day.

Limited equipment in kitchen, had to ask for an oven tray. But Elena came down to give us one, although it was after hours. We were locked out on second day as we had not been given all the keys. Again, Elena came down and sorted it out. But this issue must be addressed for the future.

Nice and spacious with cool ocean breezes, we had a garden view but also a view of the beach which was excellent. Good parking onsite, heaps of room in the apartment and good facilities.

No shade over the pool. Shower/bathtub hard to get in and out as no step.

Sails in horseshoe was in a lovely location and was clean and comfortable- pool was great and bbq area Friendly staff and accommodated a later check out for us.

The beachfront unit was just as described and had a lovely view of the ocean from the top level balcony. Carpets were a little tired, but the new management have been upgrading the apartments and it had been repainted. The replacing of carpets is next I was informed. Bedrooms are a decent size with plenty of cupboard space. The 2 toilets were great, one upstairs and one downstairs.

A baking tray to use in the oven would be helpful.

Location was great - just across from the beach at Horseshoe Bay, and a short walk to the cafes and restaurants and shops. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment, which was very comfortable and well equipped.

I can’t think of anything that would need improving

Sails exceeded my expectations. The unit was clean and I loved having the upstairs living outlooking the beach. Having two young kids in tow comfort and ease is high priority, and sails delivered. Staff were pleasant and communication was excellent. We will be back 😊
