Central location was good. Staff were welcoming and efficient and anticipated our needs. Off street parking at the venue was straight forward and convenient. Housekeeping staff were thoughtful and thorough. Rooms were sparkling clean and kitchenette was well equipped.

What's not to like. Venue exceeded my expectations

If you're not looking for views, or a holiday as such, just a really pleasant, comfortable & clean place to stay for the night, the Oasis Inn in TSV is just the place. Really lovely pool area, and outdoor heated spa.

My room at the front of the property, on the ground floor, was a little noisy. Its not on a main road, but there did seem to be a lot of people coming and going, even late on a Sunday night.

I have stayed here a number of times now. Two of my children live in Townsville and I like to stay here when visiting. The cleanliness is amazing and it is well-appointed and comfortable. It's easy to walk around town and go up Castle Hill. Very quiet. Nice pool to sit in and read a book.

Great location. Close to the stadium and Reid Park. Clean facilities and helpful staff throughout the stay. This includes the Oasis Cafe - great breakfast offerings. Overall a comfortable stay.

Just need to replace the bathroom door with a bifold door to make getting in and out of the bathroom easier.

The place is really nice. Room was large and confortable. The garden and the swimming pool is fabulous, we really enjoyed staying there chilling. Very peacefull. Location is quite fine, everything at walking distance.

The breakfast was closed, we would have enjoy to have our breakky there.

Good location, easy check in and catered for our needs. Good facilities and everything was as advertised. Restaurant was closed but there was plenty to choose from close by. I'm typing this extra sentence because the review is making me type one more.

Parking inside was a bit tight, had to park on the grass under the washing line on one evening as the carpark was full up. Roadside parking available but it's Townsville, so wasn't keen on that one :)

I loved that the staff were accomodating. We could bring our pet pup. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the pool.

Only thing I did not like was I didn’t get milk in my fridge so I couldn’t make coffee in the morning.

Did not make it to breakfast but staff were so friendly and welcoming. Asked us what we were doing and gave directions and recommended things. So knowledgeable of the area. Made us feel very welcoming and that if you needed them they would help you. Fantastic place. Would definitely stay agai.

Family breakfast in restaurant was excellent. Great food and coffee. Pool area was cool and refreshing. BBQ deck was a cool meeting place for family drinks. Late checkout (and early check-in compared to others) was much appreciated when meeting planes.

The lady at the front desk was so lovely told us what good locations to do like walks where to eat and just made us feel at home would book here again in a heart beat lady at front desk needs a pay rise
