We had such a lovely view of the Ross River from our balcony. We really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with each other & family who dropped by.

The only thing really was the bedroom window had a really bright light outside & we had to sleep with window & blind shut. Also was a bit noisy when other people were walking outside to other units which was on bedroom side, at night. Also could have done with a second set of towels to use in the unit 1 set just not enough for us. Also the lighting was bad in main part of living area of unit. Especially at night.

It is located on the Riverway along Ross River and has a gorgeous view of the river and mountains. The apartment was very comfortable with nice bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen (Full size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher), a 6-seat dining table, television seating area, balcony with table and chairs, and very effective air conditioners. The community center cafe was very delicious for breakfast and coffee, and there was a huge pool and nice little library there. The building had plenty of parking and all was behind a private gate electronic gate.

I would suggest the property update the apartments with the ability to plug in electronics to USB ports so that international travelers don’t need to have multiple adapters and/or converters.

As this is out of the city by 20 mins we chose this for the proximity for the dragon boat club. Lovely the walking path along the river and the river view. Not too far to the shops . Nice size apartment with dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Loved the balcony and because we had a corner room on top floor you could leave the door open. Lots of traffic noise particularly hoons and sirens but didnt notice it once got to sleep in comfy bed.

Its 20 mins from train station and airport so hard without a car.

All rooms were lovely and overlooking the river.

I purposely booked this accommodation as it had free cancellation until a couple of days prior to arrival. We required this security due to health issues. Yet once we had booked, we received notification from the property that they had taken 50% of the price and there was not free cancellation at all. If these are the terms, they should not be advertising free cancellation and be transparent about the terms on the accommodation listing. Luckily, we didn’t have to cancel and could attend as planned.

I am disabled and in a wheelchair and I saw from the pictures that the apartments looked pretty accessible and with enough space to move my chair and walker around in and it was exactly like the pictures! The room was immaculate, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, crockery etc. the tv had Foxtel which was also great and the aircons were nice and cold! We also loved the security of the whole place, having a gated entrance gave us extra peace of mind. The whole grounds and gardens were beautiful and they even had a café, a library, a massive lagoon pool and a gallery onsite. It was quite impressive I must say and we will definitely be staying here again whenever we next return to Townsville. 10/10!!

The only thing for me being disabled, maybe some handles that can fold up and down beside the toilet and a hand rail in the shower would have been good for some extra safety features.

Views from rooms were beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Room was spacious and warming Loved having a washing machine and dryer Couldn't find the bin room until the last days when I see the sign (apologies, I was just leaving rubbish at the door)

Not knowing where the big bin was, until I found the bin room on the last day More cleaning during the week Bring fresh towels every could of days please

Location was good except for one thing. View was good. The apartment was very clean with followed cleaning service.

The apartment was adjacent to a very road which was not a problem however, the road noise and sirens were extremely noisy which restricted the use of the balcony. The noise filtered inside with balcony door closed as well.

the location was perfect! the beautiful lawns and river views. We were close to everything we needed.

that it was non smoking even on the room balcony and I had to go very far to do so. What made it even more difficult was the fact that it didn't stop raining the entire time. And there was a designated smoking area under cover. Also there were no exhaust fans in both bathrooms so the humidity made showering so uncomfortable for us all.

Selected this property for its location close to hospital and being a fully self contained unit. It’s exactly what we required with the additional benefit of nearby eating and retail outlets. Good facility security with additional mobile presence

A little road noise due to location but nothing that would prevent us staying again

We had a two bedroom apartment for 1 couple and 1 adult on 1st floor for nine days. Overlooking a river. 2 bathrooms. Wonderful. When doors closed, we heard no external traffic. Bliss! Staff invariably helpful and cheerful. Each we met seemed to enjoy their work. Laundry and kitchen facilities great. Excellent all round. Fantastic walking along the river.

Would have liked to have had some form of washing line to dry those clothes that aren't suitable for the dryer.
