Family room available and good price for the amount of people. Enough beds for everyone- we are a family of 6. Also our daughter left her ring and called us when they found it. they were happy to mail it to us.

Only one bathroom and aircon did not quite reach other parts of room as much.

Proximity to Townsville Hospital which was the purpose of my visit. It was also close (walking distance) to shops, restaurants and the beautiful Ross River and Palmetum.

A power point near the bed to charge my phone next would be nice.

The lodge was wonderful perfect for our stay. Friendly team and excellent service. Highly recommend this lodge for a convenient easy stay. Great location, comfortable, great rooms. Clean tidy, staff were very friendly and great vibe to the place.

Had to ask where our room was located due to the configuration of the building. One over bed light in a four bed room. Power points not close to bed for use with cpap machines. All lights on or off, no one light on over kitchen for example. Fan in bathroom sounded like an Hercules taking off! smokers sat near entrance so had to walk through smoke haze.

The property was very clean and was very close to the Townsville University Hospital and a shopping centre. Staff were very accommodating when we had to extend our stay in making us comfortable and ensuring we had appropriate facilities for my elderly mum.

Clean and a good location and great service staff

I had a cockroach above my head on the ceiling in the middle of the night and had to get up and catch and kill it, left early so did not get a chance to tell staff.

Staff and owners were lovely, very helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained, perfect position for a home base while in Townsville. Great value for money.

This place was really accommodating for myself and my family and the customer service was lovely. Will definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Our room was right next to the pool and the lights were on all night so was like so bright all night.

Clean and comfortable, handy to public transport and supermarkets.

Fairly noisy on a busy road. Also, bathroom fan that turns on with the light was very noisy and rattling.

Location is ideal as it was a 15 minute walk to the Good Shepherd Nursing Home and about the same to fast food outlets and Stockland shopping mall.
