location couldn't have been better - right across the car park from university, having secure parking was totally awesome super that there was dinner and coffee, lunch across the road, also noticed it was a handy walk to the footy so will probably book to stay with my family next time we do to the footy facilities were great - generous sized fridge, cooking facilities, big balcony, generous sized living are, awesome to have a washing machine & dryer

bed was ordinary, there was a big blood stain on the bedroom carpet and the kitchen table top was broken, there was loud music a couple of the afternoons/nights google maps couldn't find it - directed me to some vacant commercial buildings a couple of blocks away

Location was great, carparking great, very spacious unit and large patio.

The pool aera was closed, had a international guest with us, who dreamed of lounging beside a pool, had l been advised of this l would of booked him a room with a pool.a few kitchen utensils missing, egg flip and laddle, bed abit firm, otherwise a great unit.

Location, room tidiness and utilities, private space. Easy check in process and check out process. views in 1 bedroom apartment was nice.

Prior to my check in I planned to pay at property as there was the option and my choice of payment however the cost was deducted without me knowing until I made another payment somewhere else. I understand I have to use my card details to finalise booking however in future please don't deduct any money without communicating with me as my preferred option is always pay at the property.

Surprised my partner Dave for his 60th, treated him to the V8 Supercars. We were so thrilled with our apartment, location etc, even having a balcony topped it off, as I called a few weeks before to ask if a room was available with a balcony, to be told all booked out. So to whoever, thank you sincerely for giving us a balcony. We just loved everything about our stay, hope one day we can return. My partner said I did well to keep it a surprise & to have a wonderful apartment with all we could ask for. Thankyou to you all, we will be recommending you to as many as we can.

We couldn't fault anything, except it wasn't long enough.

Overall I have enjoyed attending Kensington vine accommodation on many an occasion and have been satisfied with my stays. However, upon my last visit i had the misfortune of interacting with a poorly equipped manager who appeared to lack basic interpersonal skills. Two receptionists, valuable assets to your org., redeemed the hotels reputation through their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. The upgradeding of my room and acknowledgement and apology regarding of the managers rudeness alleviated my dissatisfaction. I hope never to encounter the aforementioned manager again - may i be so fortunate.

I booked for six days and extended with another two. The 'one-bedroom apartment' was very comfortable (especially for a post-operative heart operation patient) with good furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, a king-sized very comfortable bed, and laundry in the apartment. We had a grand view from level 8 where we could see part of Magnetic Island and the city, Mount Elliott and Mt. Stuart and Castle Hill. For the sports fans (not me), it is walking distance from the new stadium. There are four restaurants in that plaza, plus a theatre. Good secure off-street parking. And all that for a relatively reasonable price.

They are doing fine. Keep up the good service.

It was close to everything. The apartment was fitting for my family and it was comfortable enough for us to stay for those couple of nights 👍😊

I wasn't informed about a security deposit, not that i dont mind paying, its just that it wasnt mentioned while booking for the room. Plus my family and I had to wait an extra half an hour to check in to the apartment due to short staff. Hopefully, that won't be an issue again. But other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

The apartment is beautiful and clean with views of the mountains. However, unless you have a car you are a bit far from the city as the bus route located outside the apartment does not go in to the water front. However, plenty of rentable, electric scooters are available to get around. Apart from that the apartment was perfect.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Good size balcony. Comfortable bed. Well equipped. Any issues were solved eg fan that didn't work properly, noisy air con, Foxtel not work.

On the surface everything looked clean but carpet was stained in several places and badly needed a very thorough vaccum and wipe over of skirting boards. Also washed very dusty net curtains while staying. But this was all my choice, cleaner was fine, just busy.

I liked that it was an apartment setting and not like a motel. It was so central to everything and I loved the balcony

The people in the room next to us surely had to be smoking in the apartment cos the main door we shared with the was rank with cigarette
