The staff were lovely and friendly, our room was a decent size, very clean and tidy. The location had a shopping centre just across the road, so we could get groceries, and there were places to eat. The locals were friendly.

We arrived after midnight. Our code for the lock box didn't work. We were lucky in that a security guard had the correct number and was able to let us in. Upon enquiry at reception, someone had changed the code and e-mailed it to us, but we were in transit and unable to access our e-mails until we bought a sim card, which wasn't until the following day.

It was a comfortable quiet stay for one night as we drove between Airlie beach to Cairns. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the beachfront and some local restaurants and we arrived late so needed to eat.

On arrival in the car we could not work out how to open the entrance to the car park - We had informed the hotel that we would need to park and they said we could at the small charge of $10 for the night. Another guest let us through the car park door. We had no instruction on what to expect. When we got to reception there was no record that we would be parking - Perhaps because I had conversed with the hotel via Booking.com. In the end it was sorted out but not an ideal start.

It was a wonderful retreat to unwind and reset for my husband and I. The gym and pool was great also due to physical injuries. The staff were amazing reception staff on check in Julian with a 'J' lol ... maintainence and room service staff. Will definitely be recommending the Quest Hotel to friend, family and our company for accommodation Thank you!!

Signage maybe to reception area. Definitely a fridge, bench area by the BBQ area and and spa would be amazing 😊

The room was clean, comfortable, and roomily. The location of the property worked well for why we were in town. The view was nothing exciting, however that didn't matter for us at the time. Having the 2 bathrooms was helpful to get everyone out early in the morning.

There was nothing we really didn't like. You could say the view, however that didn't affect us as we only in our room when it was dark. I fell you should not have to pay for parking when you have paid for the room.

A Great 2-bedroom apartment - was modern, clean and a great size for our family. The location was also very handy with a lot shops across the street. Great kitchen amenities also. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a huge deal but on the day after we checked in our room/ carpark swipe card stopped working. Unable to swipe into the carpark etc. Had to call to be let up to the reception area to fix card etc. Promptly sorted by the staff.

We chose the Quest as we had to evacuate our home during an extreme weather event in Townsville. The staff were exceptional, they were empathetic, accommodating and professional. The room was clean and fit for purpose. Congratulations Team Quest on Eyre, thoroughly recommended.

The fact that we made a premature decision to leave resulting in us having to stay at a more expensive and sub standard Oaks Hotel!

Spacious one bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchen. Great location. Close to The Strand, restaurants and Coles supermarket. Our apartment was quiet and had a nice view of Magnetic Island and the water. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable and probably needs replacing. The bed and pillows in the bedroom were hard. Only 2 pillows provided.

I was initially booked in for one week but extended to 2 weeks. Loved the one bedroom apartment. Their Housekeeping service was fantastic. Coles is across the street. So close to restaurants, the Strand, and more. Secure, easy parking. Great rooms and facilities and staff. Can’t fault it.

This is a perfect location, so close to the beach, the sound proof rooms are sound proof, the amenities are excellent offering a pool, gym, and no cost laundry with a dryer also at no extra cost

I didn't like the carpark but that's on me as my Ute is huge, hard to turn, it's perfect for any other kind of car

Everything was great about this stay. The receptionist on night duty was very friendly. She was very helpful and responded straight away before I arrived to confirm check-in. Also, in the morning, the receptionists were very friendly. The room was spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable rest. Thank you!
