It was a comfortable quiet stay for one night as we drove between Airlie beach to Cairns. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the beachfront and some local restaurants and we arrived late so needed to eat.

On arrival in the car we could not work out how to open the entrance to the car park - We had informed the hotel that we would need to park and they said we could at the small charge of $10 for the night. Another guest let us through the car park door. We had no instruction on what to expect. When we got to reception there was no record that we would be parking - Perhaps because I had conversed with the hotel via Booking.com. In the end it was sorted out but not an ideal start.

A Great 2-bedroom apartment - was modern, clean and a great size for our family. The location was also very handy with a lot shops across the street. Great kitchen amenities also. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a huge deal but on the day after we checked in our room/ carpark swipe card stopped working. Unable to swipe into the carpark etc. Had to call to be let up to the reception area to fix card etc. Promptly sorted by the staff.

We chose the Quest as we had to evacuate our home during an extreme weather event in Townsville. The staff were exceptional, they were empathetic, accommodating and professional. The room was clean and fit for purpose. Congratulations Team Quest on Eyre, thoroughly recommended.

The fact that we made a premature decision to leave resulting in us having to stay at a more expensive and sub standard Oaks Hotel!

Spacious one bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchen. Great location. Close to The Strand, restaurants and Coles supermarket. Our apartment was quiet and had a nice view of Magnetic Island and the water. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable and probably needs replacing. The bed and pillows in the bedroom were hard. Only 2 pillows provided.

I was initially booked in for one week but extended to 2 weeks. Loved the one bedroom apartment. Their Housekeeping service was fantastic. Coles is across the street. So close to restaurants, the Strand, and more. Secure, easy parking. Great rooms and facilities and staff. Can’t fault it.

This is a perfect location, so close to the beach, the sound proof rooms are sound proof, the amenities are excellent offering a pool, gym, and no cost laundry with a dryer also at no extra cost

I didn't like the carpark but that's on me as my Ute is huge, hard to turn, it's perfect for any other kind of car

Manager (Whitney) is amazing. She was more than helpful and an absolute legend in doing everything possible to make my work stay as pleasant as possible. Cannot speak more highly of her.

Bed was a little dodgy but you just deal with it.

Spacious accommodation. Plenty of room. All the utensils that we needed were provided in the room with a good sized fridge. Access to the property was easy with plenty of car parking spaces.

A clothes airer would have been handy for the items that couldn't be tumble dried. More toiletries could've been provided on Friday as the rooms are not serviced over the weekend, however reception informed me on Monday that I could've asked for more supplies at reception.

Excellent location to the strand and close to the business center. Secure undercover parking. Very clean and comfortable, roomy and good amenities in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious balcony. Very quiet in the room. Food nearby.

Reception was a little difficult to find from the road, if I had to have something for an approvement.

We were lucky to get a booking when the rest of Townsville was fully booked. The location is excellant, walking distance to The Strand and Flinders Street. The room was large and comfortable and very clean, with minimum outside noise.

No tissues, haha. I had to wait a few minutes to check in, as Reception was un-attended when I first arrived. But the receptionist did apologise for her brief absence.
