Comfy beds, great location good size for four people,

The shower head needs replacing - could not adjust it, it was stuck on power jet with 3 streams, the shower also leaked which left water right in front of the toilet. Also for four people there needs to be more soap/shampoo - bathroom products - i know most people bring all there own but being a quick trip I didn't, it is supplied in every place you stay at and at $300 per night there wasnt enough for two of us let alone four - even to have soap to wash our hands.

Contacted property 3 days out to ask for early check in. Was told to ask on the day. Got there at 11am after a 3 hour roadtrip and asked if we could get in by 1pm to get dressed for my sons wedding. Got told room not ready yet but will ring you as soon as it is ready. Didn't get a phone call at all. Had to make other arrangements to get dressed. Got back to hotel at 5pm and reception was closed so had to park on the street and not secured as I had hoped. Other than that room was excellent. Have stayed there before and will stay there again.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which included a laundry. On day 1 we noticed a water leak coming from the laundry so called reception. Maintenance arrived within 1 hour, identified there was an issue with the washing machine and said they had to replace. New washing machine arrived within next 3 hours and was installed! I am so appreciative. Apartment was great value, had everything we needed, very clean and spacious. Lovely balcony with outdoor eating area, as well as inside dining table, so lots of options!

Can be hard to find parking in the apartment car park so you may need to park on the street which feels slightly less secure

Cleanliness, although some parts in the bathhroom that were worn or signs of disrepair needed covering up. Nice having plates and cutlery provided. Good provision of space for clothes. Well furnished for longer stays.

Repair work needed in bathroom. Would be good having a microwave. Fridge ice compartment blocked over with ice. Aircond not working properly. Had to go to lowest setting on control to get cooling. Pay Tv function stopped working after first day. Not connecting to internet. No information on using Hotel wiFi. Would be nice to have daily change of towels, or have 2nd set of towels provided. Floor Under bed quite dusty.

Room bed and everything was extremelyt comfortable

The reception, was unattended, door was open but no one at desk, a number of people gave up and left but unfortunately my key did not open my door, but it actually could open the neighbours door, she heard me trying to get into my room so we tried her door and it worked which was a concern. I then went back down to the reception no one there still but waited until she appeared some time later. Took her sometime to rekey the door therefore from the time of arrival to actually getting into my room was 45 minutes.

The apartment was lovely with a nice view. Large balcony and well equipped kitchen. Only 1 bathroom for 2 bedrooms but that was okay. Good shower!

Access to the building from the outdoor carpark was not ideal. Long walk around the building with luggage or needing someone inside to hold the side door open while you unpack the car. Side door should be accessible with a key from the outside.

The location was excellent, the layout and furnishing of the unit was good, however the unit is very tired, (aircon held together with duck tape although still worked). The carpet was worn and other minor issues, so needs a facelift and maintenance. In saying that though I would definitely stay there again. The reception staff were good and tried to be helful when there was a issue that needed to be addressed straight away. The fact there was a coffeshop in the foyer was a bonus as the next closest would have been a 10-15min walk. Very close to many restaurants and the city centre.

Unit we stayed in had not been maintained, quite run down but still serviceable. Requested a new iron because the iron in the room the face of it was black (burnt). Waited over half an hr of it to be delivered, when still hadn't called reception again who got onto housekeeping again and advised they would bring straight away. After 15mins still not there, so had to go out when returned iron (which also wasn't much good) had been delivered.

The bed and pillow were comfortable. The room had everything for a comfortable stay. The shower pressure was great. Location was very close to the Palmer St Precinct and a short walk to the town centre and a nice walk along The Strand. Lots of dining location within two mins walk with a couple of convenience stores across the street.

The bar fridge tended to freeze everything, but the upside was that it made everything cold quickly. The shower could be cleaner. Being so close to Ross Creek means the location is prone to flooding during king high tides.

Great location in a quieter part of Townsville, yet very close to the strand and Palmer Street (only a few minutes drive). Our apartment had stunning views of the water and a very spacious balcony. It was the perfect size for a family of three. We will definitely be staying here again! Love the bonus of a cafe downstairs for a nice coffee in the morning. The best part was the value for money. It was one of the cheapest accommodation we could find in Townsville that offered two bedrooms

The apartment although modern looking is a little run down with water leaking from the air con and a few other areas that could be repaired to a better standard. However, these minor defects did not affect our stay and we would definitely stay here again. My only issue would be the pillows, which I found too high and firm, but that's just a personal preference.

The room was clean and had an amazing view. We stayed at the hotel after having our wedding reception at Allure Functions. It was just perfect, had 3 nights of walking distance for excellent food and drinks on Palmer Street.

We were not made aware of the security deposit required until we checked in. It wasn't an issue but prior notice would have been helpful.
