Property was great location but unfortunately this stay the end of the street was closed for repairs and entering and exiting made coming or going a pain. Great location but I would def recommend staying on the upper levels as is no view from the lower floors. Also parking at night was a challenge as its first in first served and if yr paying $25 for secure parking Down stairs u def need a park! Staff were amazing tho and I would def recommend staying there as it is close to the stadium and the city!! Looking forward to my next stay 🙏🏼

The fight to get a car park in the evenings

Not your fault, but on the final morning what sounded like a rather large group of people (I assume it was some of the military personnel staying there) decided to have some sort of a loud meeting on the balcony/corridor just near our room. They started at 5 am and went until almost 6. We heard someone 'shooshing' them a few times, but this just seemed to make them a bit louder. After enduring this for almost an hour we were well and truly awake, so no chance of a Sunday sleep in. Again, it was NOT your fault, and we don't hold this against you in any way.

Perfect location with plenty of restaurants within 200m of the front entrance. The town centre is less than 500m via the pedestrian bridge. All apartments have a fantastic view overlooking the Townsville Yacht Club marina on the Ross River. Having a washer machine/dryer in the apartment was perfect for us as we were halfway through our holiday.

Understand that the facility is eco-friendly accredited, but I thought that housekeeping once a week was a bit too long. We never get housekeeping done every day anyway, but maybe twice a week minimum would have been better for us.

As profoundly deaf, I used my visual perception and I could not see any fault at all - everything was there as expected upon arrival. Once again thanks for your excellent hospitality. I may come again if NRLW would arrange AMPOL Women State of Origin at Queensland County Bank Stadium next year without hesitation.

Everything is close to shops, countless restaurants and interesting places such as Castle Hil and hope to book a cruise to Magnetic Island - what a short walk to this beautiful stadium. Thank you, Townsville and finally Aligned Corporate Apartments staff.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it just keeps getting better. The staff at reception are exceptionally friendly and always keen for a bit of a chat. The rooms are always clean and well presented. The view from the rooms is just beautiful. The location is great, especially if you like your food. In the evenings there is always a lovely smell in the air from all the restaurants in Palmer street. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is exceptional value for money.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like.

Location was excellent, view was also excellent over the marina. Room no different than an everyday motel room.

Advertised secure parking but had to park out on street because no parking available. Bit expensive for a normal motel room

Location is excellent lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Easy walk to the Strand and the beach. Staff were incredible friendly and helpful.

Given proximity to pubs its was a little noisy at night. Was expensive for what the property offered, but all properties in the area were equally expensive

Rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a studio apartment that had interconnecting to the 1 bedroom apartment next door and that was perfect for 4 adults and 2 babe's in portacots. Our bed in the studio was super comfortable. I also appreciated the earlier checkin that we requested.

Definitely on the higher end of what we usually pay per night per room. But the view and proximity to our event was perfect.

The location was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. It was super quiet. The view was stunning. The shower was lovely.

We would have liked the coffee machine downstairs to have been turned on to get a coffee on our departure at 8.30am, but this was very minor.

Loved the property only issue was parking we paid but at night could park anywhere . So still had to park outside on the street . Otherwise loved it friendly staff great location 😀

Only issue king bed was two single joined together and you could feel where it was conncected Also had hair all in the drain where u put your bath plug build up
