The location was fabulous, facing the water and harbour. A close walk to amenities including a convenience store, cafes, restaurants and pubs. It was also only a short stroll over the bridge to the center of town. The room was well equipped, albeit a little tired. It was good for my client meeting and very roomy. The staff were really helpful and cheerful.

It didn't have a hair dryer (however staff were amazing and sourced one) and they were old fashioned. The whole room and facilities were old and tired and in desperate need for an update. Having said this though we were privy to another room and it looked much better than ours.

Friendliness & helpfulness of staff & the room was very spacious with an excellent view & modern tv. I appreciated being given room 15A on the top level by Elena whom checked me in on arrival on Sunday morning. Elena was very friendly, cheerful & helpful, giving me a map & showing local directions. Elena also gave an excellent dining recommendation for the fish tacos at Longboard which were delicious along with the setting & view. The male manager was also very friendly & helpful & both he & Brittany kindly left my key in the night safe on 2 afternoons. The manager even came out & opened it up on Monday night after office hours.

There were only 2 minor items that I didn’t like. 1. There was a large cockroach on the carpet next to the bin when I arrived. I understand that cockroaches are everywhere & difficult to completely eliminate ,so it was only a minor negative. 2. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is extremely loud, & whilst not wanting to sound petty, seems more akin to an industrial sound level that you would expect to hear in a factory.

Lovely, large, clean room with a beautiful balcony. Very easy to get access after hours. Nice and quiet. Conveniently located to many restaurants. The young lady on reception was lovely when I apologised (again) for my assistance dog not being on the booking. It really is a lovely hotel and I would highly recommend it.

I did have my assistance dog with me. I thought I had put a note regarding him on the booking. I get a knock on the door about 8.30am. I opened the door to "we don't let dogs here". I explained that he was my assistance dog and I apologised if I had not noted that on my booking but offered to show his identification card. I did say that he has to be allowed access to which the gentleman replied "not necessarily". It would be illegal not to allow him access.

MUST STAY ❤️ I recently stayed at Park Regis Anchorage and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional staff, top-notch facilities, and outstanding service. From the property general manager to staff, everyone was not only professional but also incredibly welcoming, exceptionally friendly and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. Outstanding location, walking distance to the best hotels, restaurants, wine bars, maritime museum, city shopping. A short hope across the Ross Creek and you’re in the heart of Town. Good, secure parking, clean facilities and loads of room. The queen bed was excellent, more cooking facilities and utensils than many places, big cold ‘fridges, fast WiFi and a BIG smart TV.. What a surprise!! Amazingly good for the price. Also, some wonderful views of the river, Castle Hill and the CBD.

Nothing serious or major.. just needed some minor attention to a few items with fair wear and tear..

The adjoining rooms are not sound proof. Arrived back to my room late evening and the adjoining room had their TV loud until late. Reception was closed and I did not want to confront the neighbours as I was on my own, messaged the hotel through booking.com and a week later message has not be acknowledged. I left the hotel early for work and requested an invoice through booking.com, twice, a week a part and still do not have a copy.

The place is a walking distance to the Strand and the main streets. It has got a secure car park and the hotel is based on a quiet street. I like the space of the apartment and the balcony facing the port. Room service was offered every day.

The living room has got a sofa where a 3rd person could sleep. Unfortunately the fridge was working very loudly and it was difficult to sleep at all. Some window blinds we could not touch as they were easily falling down and were full of dust. The bath was dirty when we arrived. We asked at the reception to clean it but during our stay it was not cleaned at all, so we only used the shower. The ceiling lamps need to be washed due to insects from time to time. Some equipment was quite old and can possibly be replaced.

Bedding was different to what we booked (had 2 double beds instead of 1x double beds and 2x singles) Damaged/unsafe PowerPoint in kitchen Needs a good ‘spring clean’ Online registration was not completed by me, but key was handed to someone staying in the room (but not listed anywhere in booking). Disappointed that this could actually have been unsafe - my friend could have been anyone off the street.

The room was very clean. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed in the 2 brm townhouse and it was handy having a toilet downstairs in the laundry, and another in the bathroom upstairs. It was great having a grassy area off the downstairs patio - good if you were staying with children. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony upstairs, looking at the views while having some drinks. The staff were very helpful and friendly also. The location was fantastic and within walking distance into the city and had pubs and cafe's nearby.

Easy Access. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment, which was fantastic for me and my son at the end of the day then we could really just chill, beds were ok, singles bed joined together, pretty standard. Great location and lots of restaurants near back. The staff were lovely, really friendly.

The apartment backed onto a main road and the fence was low, but apart from this. Happy with everything else.
