The apartment easily accomodates 6 adults and a couple of baby cots/children, very spacious. The location is central, very clean, ease of check in and check out, facilities are great - very large pool, spa & sauna and a secure underground carpark

The sofa chairs in the living room need to be replaced, they were very old and chipping all the way through. Only one outdated TV in the apartment that needs to be replaced with a Smart TV for convenience. A second TV in the master bedroom for parents would be ideal and the addition of a bbq on the balcony for entertainment would be a bonus.

The accommodation is well located - only a couple of blocks to the hub of restaurants, shops etc in Flinders St. The apartment was quite spacious, no doubt the double height ceilings in the living room helped (we were on the top floor). All the furniture is comfy and the apartment is clean. Air con worked really well. Also close to BCC cinema

Nothing major = would happily stay again. Fridge has a slight leak but easily managed with a cloth on the floor under the door. The shower door in the ensuite doesn't close snugly, so again leaks, also managed with a hand towel to soak it up.

Great location, clean apartment, good value for money.

The furniture had wear & tear. There was no sponge or detergent to wash up with, so had to use a tea towel. There was a dishwasher, but only two sachets of dishwashing powder, so had to make it last to wash dishes after every meal. The pool was great, but not much for children to do on the premises. Tried to book for an extra night, but no one in office and phone went unanswered. These were minor things though, overall it was a good stay.

Perfect location, clean and tidy, great views. Staff friendly. Had everything we needed.

We found this trip (have stayed before and didn’t have this problem) but the main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. Low to floor, thin mattress and you could feel all the springs. It was hard to sit back and relax after a long day on the couch as it was rock solid quite uncomfortable.

The unit was very spacious and well appointed. It was lovely to walk in to a cool environment after a hot long day of travel. We had travelled with our sick cat to Townsville for specialist treatment and had been on the road for 6 hours. The lady at the front counter was exceptionally lovely. I think her name was Ruth. The view was awesome as we were in Room 57 on the 9th floor with a massive balcony. What a treat! And the pool was luxurious

The only suggestion I would have is the eastern high windows did not have curtains or blinds on the top section so the living area became very hot and bright so much so that we retreated to the bedroom for the morning.

It was like a home away from home. Only 5 min walk to some restaurants and 10-15 min walk to the stadium. Also had secure parking which was very convenient.

No wifi! When we arrived we were told there was wifi but couldn’t connect. When we asked about it we were told the apartment must be out of range of the wifi. The sliding doors to the balcony were almost impossible to open as well.

Spce, Balcony, Pool, Sauna Location was easy to get places from but we were glad we had a car

The bed was a bit cheap and really just ok. Similarly the bedroom is on the back and no light comes in unless you climb up on the wardrobe to open a roller blind that covers the window to the walkway for all other apartments. Cutlery etc also a bit cheap. Not that we used it much bt the TV was more like a PC monitor and there were two other devices attached to it that didn't even work??? We were on Level 4 - if you can try to get higher up.

Great property and very secure

The check in process for after hours (as the reception closes at 5PM as I was travelling from out of town with client appointments) was quite 'clunky'. Ruth (the receptionist) was lovely and very helpful when she rang to ask when I was checking in, however the process is cumbersome requiring providing details over the phone, filling in a web-linked document (that didn't work), calling back the hotel, filling in a form once arriving and handing to reception next day.

Facilities were great. Good location walked to the Qld Country Stadium & Mall. Spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms. Pool and bbq facilities looked good however we didn't get the chance to use them.

Couches were stained, need a steam clean, found a used bandaid on the seat! No teaspoons in the drawer, frypan was too big for the stove. Fridge leaked, we put a hand towel there to soak up the water, luckily it stopped. In the main bedroom, block out curtains above the blinds would have been good to stop the street light coming in, had trouble sleeping.

Unit was clean. Well set out. Just a beautiful unit. We were able to watch the cowboys do their training from the lounge an 2 of the bedrooms

The only thing negative I could say it was cold and there were no additional warm bedding eg blankets. Which is not the unit fault that we encountered a cold snap in Townsvilleexc
