Be very careful. They copied my credit card including the cvc and all my details into their computer. Permanently keeping your personal numbers forever. Anyone with access to the computer has your details. The receptionist sees and keeps your personal details and bank details. Huge credit fraud risk. Be careful. I travel constantly and never has this happened before.

I really liked a staff member, his name was Jake and he was really amazing! Helped us with everything we needed and really showed us that there are good people in this world. Helped went out of his way for our comfort and i genuinely think he needs a raise or a present!!!

Those GmV tvs or whatever they are called, the piss weak aircons & the weird dunas ( a naked duna between 2 sheets)

stayed here before is simple great location the girl at checkin was very helpful .the rooom was ok hadnt been cleaned properly still had some rubbush in the bins but over all was all ok

it was all ok there was a little rubbish in the bin .parking here is allways a little bit hard but they do have there own car park now in walking distance right behind the police station across the road for $10

Staff were great including house keeping. Always friendly. Love the bed and pillows. Rooms are always well maintained. Love that the toliet and shower are separate. Only a short walk to the cowboys leagues club and Woolworths. Not a lot of road noise even though it is on major road.

Always a struggle to get a car park but nothing major.

Location is excellent. Can walk to Castle Hill, restaurants, the Strand, Cowboys stadium. Room was very clean. I like the shower soap dispensers. Showers have good water pressure. Extra pillows are in the closet. The room has a small fridge which is handy.

Always quite a wait to check in. Front desk staff are not overly friendly. No hand towels, just a bath mat, bath towel and face cloth. Extra bath towels would be awesome, however housekeeping was outside and gladly gave an extra towel. The cold tap kept falling off the shower wall. Need more power points or USB points for charging. The only power points are hidden behind side tables and beds and are not easily accessible.

Right in the centre of town, close to Cowboys League Club, Papa Christo's Cafe and Deli. Comfy bed, clean and tidy room. very helpful and friendly staff.

Shame the carpark was not on the same site however being at the back of the police station was pretty good and not far from motel. No shade over cars.

We really enjoyed our stay 😊 Love that it is located in the city The room was nice & cosy The beds & pillows comfy My boys praised the square shower head, especially enjoying the hot shower. Wifi worked well as the air-conditioning. Value for money We will definitely be rebooking in the future.

Welcoming and staff very helpful and they even remembered my name. Loved it. The staff make sure you are happy and if required anything else they are happy to assist.

Microwave missing. If there is a set menu that guest can follow where to order from be great. I hate scanning. Not used to scanning.

Good location in the centre of the CBD. Woolworths supermarket a few doors away. Cafes, restaurants, and Cowboys Leagues club within a few minutes walk. Large room.

Room needed some general maintenance on some walls, and skirting boards.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was cold. Love the separate shower and toilet.

The parking situation. Need to be able to watch were you parking and on a Sunday there are markets so can't park in certain areas as it gets blocked off. If you arrive after 4pm on a Friday then the parking around the motel is free for the weekend. The motel now has a parking area behind the Police Station but it is a bit of a walk.
