Beds in Rooms were super comfortable and clean. We held our Christmas 2024 Celebrations there - big lounge area and comfortable couches as well. The balcony area was huge also, great space to move around, and great view to enjoy a cold "lemonade". The Spa didn't have a plug at first - I called reception and staff member "Adam" came from Rydges hotel to personally deliver the plug. Super friendly staff and great customer service. Neighbours are friendly and were very welcoming also. We enjoyed our Christmas celebrations and are definitely looking forward to booking here again..

A few people have mentioned it, but I will mention it again.... PARKING. it's a very narrow area and tight. You will find yourself having to play tetris trying to get in and out... it's not a huge problem but it is something you should be aware of you have a car.

Location was key as we were there for a function down at the yacht club. Spacious two bedroom apartment. Air con and fans kept the apartment nice and cool. The pool was just right the right depth, nice and clean. Has everything you need if you want to do some cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Ensuite had a spa bathtub with a shower over it. Main bathroom was a shower, small vanity and a separate toilet. Washing machine and dryer also in the apartment, loved it bc that is always a key factor in how I choose where to stay - must have washing machine and dryer😊 Under cover car parking space - some reviews said a bit tight - isn’t when you know how to drive😊internal entry from the garage to the lift. Checking in and out was a breeze, staff we saw around the property were always friendly and very welcoming.

Only downside was the smell of the drains when we first arrived in the main shower - nothing some white vinegar and boiling water didn’t fix - so not really an issue. Could maybe do with a new toilet seat in the main toilet as it’s a bit old but again nothing wiping it down after use won’t fix. Sofa was a bit stained - again no biggie, didn’t impact our stay - very comfy sofa.

It was very spacious, quiet and clean. Master bedroom was very lovely with very comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

Didn’t really love having to walk a block to get our key, especially when it was just after dark. It would be nice to have a coffee machine instead of instant coffee. And if we wanted to make anything more than coffee the kitchen supplies were at a minimum. But I suppose most people eat out all the time. The couch is rather aged/discoloured but it was okay.

Loved the roomy 2 bedroom apartment. Well equiped kitchen. Laundry was very handy. Modern and tidy. Roomed serviced daily with fresh towels and beds made was an added bonus. We are returning visitors and it was a little disappointing that the air conditioner in the main bed room was not working effectively the last time we visited and to find it still was not cooling down this time was frustrating . Is appears to be old and in need of a replacement.

Check-in was more complicated than necessary. It was fine to have check-in at a separate location from the property, but this information wasn’t provided until you arrive, look for reception and realise there isn’t one, and then find a sign that says to make a phone call or go to another property for check-in. We chose the phone call option and were advised to go to the other property - so there really was only one option. When we finally checked in and drove back to the apartments, we searched for our allocated car park, only to discover there was a second parking area where our park was located. Why wasn’t that information given to us at check-in?

Apartment 3. Very spacious and luxuriously furnished. Full kitchen. Fridge freezer. Beautiful bush view from deck. Very comfortable beds. Undercover parking. Small swimming pool out the front. Check in was at The Rydges (next block over). Unfortunately, bedroom spa didn't work. Only one remote for two TVs. Could hear people walking around in the room above. Would I stay there again? Absolutely! ❤️ .

Facilities (good washing machine, dryer, dishwasher), 2 bathrooms in our 2 bedroom unit, beds were comfortable, close to eateries in Palmer Street

Has on-site parking but incredibly narrow spaces for some units, parking is not secure, and only 1 space for a 2 bedroom apartment being occupied by 2 couples. Only other mention: cleaners are great and apartment was clean, but it’s been a long time since someone was engaged to do the additional, less frequent cleaning needed for kitchen facilities.

The Rydges beds are everything to us! Good undercover parking. Nice big tv to watch our own Netflix on and the NRL Grand Final. The pool was nice and shaded in the arvo. Laundry was great.

The lounge needs updating desperately. Fair bit of drunken violence it sounded like in the street late at night a couple of the nights. But we didn’t feel unsafe, it just woke me.

Clean, comfortable and effecient staff

Could find no place for recycling - particularly ironic as the there is the option of "going green with Rydges' which effectively means decline housekeeping services for one day (makes sense, but wait for it) you receive complementary water in PLASTIC as a thank you. We walked around the apartment building with our piles of newspapers and other recyclables looking for recycling options as only rubbish bin inside apartment. Apart from that (which we found distressing) everything was great.

The parking for room 10 sucked having that wall that blocks 1/2 of the park width, having to let passengers out and put mirrors in to park is ridiculous, Luckily, we only had a small car because there is no way a ute or 4wd would fit in that space Would be nice if you please notify people about this as it is a big inconvenience
