The apartment was wonderfully spacious with amazing wardrobe space in main bedroom. The view was excellent. We felt very safe with the secure entries and exits to the building. The apartment kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The bathrooms were a good size. The location was excellent, near coffee shops and not far from the Strand. Very comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed our time staying there.

Some parts need a good clean (the ceiling fans and behind the TV) also the seats on balcony might need an update. Toilet roll holder in 2nd bathroom needs fixing. Window locks need attention. Everything else is good.

Location was very convenient. Close to restaurants, supermarkets etc. Walking distance to the Strand and the Marina. Short drive to the airport. Car parking facility was excellent and seemed safe. Easily accessed on the same level as our apartment. The rooms were spacious and having an extra room to store luggage etc was appreciated. Laundry room was excellent with washer, dryer and laundry tub as well as iron and ironing board. This was important for us as we were able to launder our towels etc. as the room did not get serviced. Air conditioner worked well. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Stove and oven effective and useful. Good TV. Communication and access information was great.

Fridge was problematic. It froze our food even though on the right setting. Needs service or replacement. We stayed for 7 days - it would have been better if we had been provided with enough dishwashing powder, detergent, laundry liquid, dishcloths, tea towels, T paper etc. Frying pan needs replacing and we would have liked additional microwave bowl, table knives, wine glass, egg lifter. Couch cushions are very grubby.

The apartment was clean and huge with a view of Magnetic Island. The bed was comfy and although the dryer didn't work reception contacted the owner and the dryer was promptly replaced with a new one. The property is only a 10min walk to the beautiful Strand about 15mins to Magnetic Island Ferry Terminal and has loads of Restuarants and Cafes nearby. Staff were fantastic. Very happy and would definitely stay there again when we visit.

The location was great. Close to the Strand, Walking distance to the Cowboys League Club. The apartment was very spacious. The views were fantastic. Having a designated car space(1402) in a private car park was wonderful. Swimming pool was spotless.

Access from the car park to the apartment building is a bit confusing at first but there is a walk through on level 8 of the car park to level 9 of the hotel. The BBQ needs a lot of TLC.

Great location, close to everything you need especially walking. Great views from the balcony overlooking the water. Apartment was huge, great sized area and big bedrooms, large balcony etc. Fully equipped with everything you could need for the stay. Although we didn't use the pool the pool area was great with bbq as well. Would definitely stay again.

Room was a little aged and could do with some touch ups but it didn't take away from a great stay!

Great spot, walking distance to the city centre and cafes etc. Reception when checking in was awesome! Authentic customer service and shared info on where to dine etc. Explained parking and lift access very clear. Massive apartment with the most perfect views.

Finding the hotel was confusing! It’s an apartment block that is also a business centre. I parked on the street and then walked around. The doors wouldn’t open and the intercom didn’t work? A lady was entering that worked there so I snuck in with her. Once reception explained everything it was much easier.

We loved the location, the security and car parking. The best was the actual apartment! It was generous in size and beautifully decorated. Being on the 8th floor it also had magnificent views.

I wish we had 2 sets of openers as we had to be together to get in and out of the building, carpark and our apartment.

The location was brilliant for our needs. Easy access to building after pick up of keys from access. Spacious room, great shower.

The bed was small and the pillows were thin and uncomfortable. The car park is awkward so chose to use on street parking instead. Knowing hours of operation of front desk would have been nice, rather than get a call while driving in to fill out online check-in at 2 p.m.as they were closing.

Spacious apartment, good location close to shops and restaurants. Even cling wrap is provided in the kitchen

There seems to be a leak in the bathroom from within the wall/floor, resulting in a pool of water constantly present. Our stay covered the weekend and we found initially there were not enough body wash or shampoo in the bath room for our length of stay. Luckily we caught the reception in time to get a few more bottles of body wash and shampoo.

Loved the location and the apartments were great

We didnt have access to the lifts to go from car straight to floor of apartment, which took us a long time to actually get to room when we had a lot of luggage. We would have also love to have a spare key for each unit used . 1 key for each unit wasnt enough when we wanted to do things outside the hotel .
