The location was great. Close to the Strand, Walking distance to the Cowboys League Club. The apartment was very spacious. The views were fantastic. Having a designated car space(1402) in a private car park was wonderful. Swimming pool was spotless.

Access from the car park to the apartment building is a bit confusing at first but there is a walk through on level 8 of the car park to level 9 of the hotel. The BBQ needs a lot of TLC.

Great spot, walking distance to the city centre and cafes etc. Reception when checking in was awesome! Authentic customer service and shared info on where to dine etc. Explained parking and lift access very clear. Massive apartment with the most perfect views.

Finding the hotel was confusing! It’s an apartment block that is also a business centre. I parked on the street and then walked around. The doors wouldn’t open and the intercom didn’t work? A lady was entering that worked there so I snuck in with her. Once reception explained everything it was much easier.

The location was brilliant for our needs. Easy access to building after pick up of keys from access. Spacious room, great shower.

The bed was small and the pillows were thin and uncomfortable. The car park is awkward so chose to use on street parking instead. Knowing hours of operation of front desk would have been nice, rather than get a call while driving in to fill out online check-in at 2 p.m.as they were closing.

Spacious apartment, good location close to shops and restaurants. Even cling wrap is provided in the kitchen

There seems to be a leak in the bathroom from within the wall/floor, resulting in a pool of water constantly present. Our stay covered the weekend and we found initially there were not enough body wash or shampoo in the bath room for our length of stay. Luckily we caught the reception in time to get a few more bottles of body wash and shampoo.

Loved the location and the apartments were great

We didnt have access to the lifts to go from car straight to floor of apartment, which took us a long time to actually get to room when we had a lot of luggage. We would have also love to have a spare key for each unit used . 1 key for each unit wasnt enough when we wanted to do things outside the hotel .

The property was well located and we loved the view from our balcony. It was very clean and spacious.

We had to park in the garage next door and the lift wasn’t working so we had to carry our bags down several flights of stairs etc. Not the fault of the hotel but as we arrived after hours a note letting us know this before we had parked would have been great as we would have unloaded everything before parking. We thought the parking was connected to the hotel.

The room itself was excellent, including the view, the location is great if you want to be near the city center, but that’s not where you want to be in Townsville, it’s a ghost town with the strand being the optimal area which was only a short walk from the hotel. Staff were great.

Check in process was a pain, the reality vs the info they send you upon reservation don’t match up. Updated and accurate information would solve this issue. More toiletries need to be supplied, the room isn’t made up daily and 2 tiny body washes in a 4 person room isn’t close to enough especially as the reception hours are so limited restricting your ability to procure more.

I didn't realise there was no WiFi. I thought that was basically a standard inclusion staying somewhere these days.

Massive apartment with ample room for toddler to play. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Only stayed for one night, but it would be great for staying longer as it has everything you need. Off street secure parking.

Could do with a decent clean. Quiet dusty behind bed and around skirting boards. Fridge was dirty - crumbs. Hair all over couch. Cutlery draw has dirt? In it. Fans were covered in dust and lint.

Great apartment with an amazing view. It had everything we needed to have a great stay. The location was perfect for us to conduct business in Townsville CBD.

Everything was fine. There was some untidiness in the kitchen cupboards and some splatter around the kitchen bin.
