Great location along strand balconies had lovely views of water and/or castle hill. Staff were lovely. Pool was nice. Apartments were spacious and had everything needed.

Nothing! I have read some comments on here that a bit dated and needs painting. Whilst I agree we didn’t mind as had young children who make a mess! The staff said they are painting and refreshing the apartments in the coming weeks which is great. We have booked our trip for next Easter!

This place is a little hidden gem! I swear to god. Being homeless with 5 children for over 6 months living out of a shoebox or out car, and going into the 2 bedroom unit. WOW! it was like having a home again. It is outdated and the cleanliness wasn't the best but the facilities, necessities and personal items plus space provided was outstanding and value for every cent paid! The staff were and are always incredible and well rounded. Bubbly bunch of ladies who are welcoming, understanding and patient. I'd stay here time and time again and I would most definitely highly recommend for families. Even the children have their own personal little deck chill area! Plus 2 bath! Privacy at its best

The lack of cleaning in the less then obvious spaces. Food droplets on walls and lower cupboards, smelly bin with missing lid and outdated bathroom items. Chips in tiles etc plus hari dryer from the 9ps that doesn't even work and sounds like a chainsaw haha.

I will be staying here on my next visit! The location to food, beaches and everything needed to make your stay comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable ive stayed on whilst at away on travel. Room amenities were enough that you didn't need to guess how you were going to prepare meals should you not go out and eat at one of the many restaurants. I was also impressed with the facilities underground security parking. The whole site has a key pass access only after 8pm so you will not get any unwanted public walking around outside your apartment.

The shower head in my room was not operating properly. I suspect it was just a faulty tap end. (I believe this is not a regular occurrence nor should you decide to stay elsewhere based on this but be mindful) - I didn't not appreciate being woken by tradesmen working on an apartment above right on 7am. Some of us actually go away to have sleep ins and you pay alot to stay away when travelling. I was not given any notice there was going to be works going on during my stay. If in future the reception could do a courtesy text then it would be more acceptable

Clean, roomy, comfortable. Reception staff lovely and helpful.

They had a daily room service of replacing towels and making beds which we were not aware of. Had I known this I would have put up the DO NOT DISTURB or asked for it not to happen. I'd left my younger autistic daughter at the apartment while my eldest and I went to Magnetic Island because she needed time to recharge. They went into the room which completely traumatized my daughter as she doesn't cope with strangers but the woman kept going. I couldn't do anything because I was stuck on an island when my daughter messaged me telling me there was someone in the room. Basically ruined all of our day.

Great location and nice big, clean apartment. The pool is lovely and you are only steps away from the Strand and dining options. Full washing machine and dryer in our apartment which was great being there for a sport carnival.

The only downside was having to park on the street a couple of nights as the apartments don't have dedicated parks per apartment and once full you need to look for other options. A bedside lamp would be a nice addition to the rooms.

The bed was very comfortable. Lounge area was comfy too. The TV is too small for the location in the lounge area, and for the size of the unit. It would be great if it was a bit larger screen so you can see it from the bedroom. Bathroom is roomy with a great shower and water pressure. We always enjoy our stay at Madison Ocean Breeze Apartments.

TV needs to be upgraded with a larger size screen. Our original room was not yet available when we arrived at 4.30pm! So the receptionist offered a room that was ready. It was on the ground floor, so we missed out on the expected ocean views. We didn't mind too much, we knew we weren't going to be indoors much over the 2 x days, and the ground floor unit was very nice anyway.

Staff excellent as is Location. Facilities themselves great.

There were 2 milks in fridge, 1 had been opened and partially used. When addressed with staff, promptly given 3 more milks. Another of noise from other rooms heard from lounge area where my travelling companion was trying to sleep on the tiny sofa (I forgot to mention that the 2 people were twins bot couple). When getting into shower, there was water on floor of shower as if hadn't been wiped when cleaning done. Also, a stray hair near drain that wasn't mine.

Our stay although short we were very pleased with the room and would stay here again. The location of the Madison is exceptional. We were so close to the beach plus all the eateries. I was initially wondering about the room being on the ground floor but, upon arrival I need not have worried as the room was huge which had a lovely view of the sea. I would proudly recommend staying there. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a bomb. Having the car parking which was located underneath the building was great. there is a lift which connects all floors to the outside. I found this fantastic as I always would forget something and had to go back to the room to get it.

I couldn't say that there was anything wrong with the room. as everything was perfect

I really like the location it's close to the strand, the room is very cosy. The bed was the best I ever slept in the all the motel room. I been. the housekeeping was very friendly and the reception.

I didn't like it. I had to get coins for the machine when the folder in the room said, "See the reception. And she told me that it's a cashless.motel. The hours no laundry was different from what they said in the folder. The folder in the room needs to update information about th3 accommodation.

The position on the sea front was wonderful , bus outside the door , walk to local Shops . The pool was lovely but leaked so my husband had to keep refilling it Great laundry facilities on site .

We had a 3 week stay and the kitchen equipment was inadequate, 2 tiny saucepans , couldn’t even boil water for pasta , 1 ordinary small frypan . Minimal Cutlery , no salad bowl or platters . Prob just adequate for a weekend stay but not for 3 weeks The unit generally needs a deep clean , bedside cane lamps , caked either dust , not cleaned adequately in bathroom Behind toilet . The unit should have a sliding door between living and bedroom We hung a temporary curtain up for privacy if one wanted a sleep and other was in living room.
