Good quiet location, great customer service on the phone, good size for short stays, good size kitchen and utensils good sized bathroom

Needs a good deep clean mainly around the stairs case, few hairs in the beds etc, nothing too bad to worry about. Maybe a better mattress topper on the beds, pool wasn't very inviting. Very tight small car park. Glad I had the town car and not the 4wd it would not have fit.

Great situation. Reasonably quiet. Very clean. Had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Only sbs on TV. Reprogrammed it. Lost sbs. Then only had abc. Which suited us but one station was pretty disappointing. Would have liked a bigger TV screen.

The location was good. The unit was clean the pool was lovely. The washing machines were only $3

The tv was just too small. No dishwasher the floor needs mats.

great communication. was able to leave our bags in a safe location as arrived early. Was also able to check in early. Bed was extremely comfortable. price was very reasonable and we were pleasantly surprised how good it was. Most of the accommodation was booked out that weekend as otherwise we would have stayed somewhere else and missed out on this place. Clean , beds excellent ( Im fussy) 2 x 2 seater couches- just ok, bathroom x 1 good, kitchen basic but perfect for us, big fridge etc.... we ate out! Pool good

Always a great stay here, they try to accommodate you in every possible way. Even had the villa ready early for us due to an early arrival

Loves the apartment style layout. Everything you could need is in this spacious unit. Free laundry at the unit. Clean and wonderful hosts.

The apartment is in a great location quiet and reasonably close to the centre of town. You can walk to the end of the street to the water and then along the foreshore where there are restaurants and plenty of activities. we had a car and so could park at the apartment and therefore could explore Townsville very easily. Highly recommend White’s on the corner for food and pies and sandwiches and great fish and chips next door.

Early check in and early check out. But that was ok for us as we had to leave early for our next stop.

Staff very accomodating, communication was by phone and excellent we came in late at night, and a day early. Very clean, exactly as described, and spacious units. This will be our Townsville go to from now on. Good location.

Bed was too firm, but I like a soft bed. Not a problem for other family members.

Couch was uncomfortable and low, some ants in the bathroom. Neither one a real problem.

Self contained apartment. It was large, comfortable lounge, undercover parking, everything you needed inside. It is 3 blocks from the Strand, but we an easy walk, or grab a scooter of you feel lazy. Clean pool area. Because of the location, we had a self contained 1 bedroom apartment for the same price as a one room motel room on The Strand. When booking we had trouble deciding but glad we chose the larger living space.
