Breakfast was cereal, toast etc, which was a bonus, the daily cleaning of rooms was unexpected and nice, the staff excellent, the laundry was unexpected, it’s been a long time since I’ve had all the luxuries of this sort and very welcome. I had to go to Townsville because my granddaughter was flown by rfds to the paediatric ICU and I did a ring around to a few motels, but this one ticked all the boxes.

The things I didn’t like had nothing to do with the property, it was next to a main road and was a bit noisy and the entrance was a bit difficult to find because it’s right next to a traffic light.

A sparkling white and very bright room on the first floor. Spotlessly clean and absolutely immaculate. It had 2 of everything, wine glasses, mugs, plates and cereal bowls, a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Super comfy bed, good quality bedding and towels. We both agreed that it was perfect. Sometimes you find, one glass, poor sheets and towels, not quite as clean as you are used to at home, a bit dark, too far to walk etc.

Absolutely nothing. It got a 10+ from my husband and I.

Location was perfect, a short drive to main highway north. Breakfast was provided previous night, more than enough for us both and sufficient choices. Parking at door so was able to unload luggage straight to door. The room was spotless, no foul or unpleasant odour,, (just like home)! Bathroom was spotless, very clean.

If anything, (and this is not a criticism), roadside signage could be a bit more prominent as there are a lot of motels along that same strip.

The location and price were perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast - it was exactly what we needed - saving us time. The room was spacious and we were each able to complete our online tasks before departure in the morning.

We booked a room with 2 beds and were allocated a room with 1 bed to start with. This was changed straight away.

Quiet and cost effective. Bonus was towel change every day as well as complimentary breakfast

Apart from a smoking area (I don't smoke), there was nowhere to sit outside after work.

I liked the breakfast placed in the room for you to have at anytime you want. My husband likes piping hot toast, so making your own in the room is great.

We should have booked the queen room my husband found the bed a bit small.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good and included in the price of the room. There's ample parking. The showers are spacious and water is hot.

The bedside light on one side didn't work.

Rooms and exterior very clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Professional Friendly staff. Opposite a petrol station that sells some hot food drinks anmd snacks. I will stay again.

Aircon should have been on the other wall and not above the head of the single bed as when in the double bed you don't feel the cool air. Apart from that everything else was good

Didnt get breakfast didnt relise had to order thought came automatically but was fine

Couldnt work wifi couldn't find motel name in availability tried different ways was not found.
