I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities of the park and cleanliness of the room I stayed in as well as the park over all. I didn't see anything that I would consider off putting in the place. The room was a little dated and worn, but while I was there it looked like some of the rooms were undergoing a complete makeover. This would suggest that the room I had will soon get the makeover it needed. that said for the money especially it was more than passable for a week of work I was there for. I would happily stay again.

The traffic noise and noise from other guests was easily heard in the room I was in. Although I wasn't there most of the day, I could see how this would be an issue for some. It wasn't so bad it would interrupt sleep and most guests were well settled and quiet by about 9pm. That said some additional sound proofing would go a long way in making the stay more pleasant.

Couldn't get the wifi to work.

We really loved the 2 bedroom cabins. So clean and the beds were so comfortable. My parents stayed in the motel rooms and they said the bed was so comfortable too. When we got there the aircons were on and the place was nice and cool for us on one of the hottest days we’ve had which was really appreciated and a nice surprise.

Has everything you’d need, the laundry was handy and easy to use and was always open which was great. The kids water slide area, pool and picnic tables to eat, sit and relax at with friends and family we’re perfectly located so we could watch our kids enjoying the swimming. Loved the private balconies at each cabin. Was nice to sit and have coffee in the morning.

The security! We travelled with alot of things tied down on a ute. It was amazing to have somewhere undercover, secure and right outside your room! The parking height was also a bonus as I have a lifted vehicle. Shower after a massive drive was better than ours at home and the clean sheets and comfy beds were like sleeping on a cloud. P.s the brand new fridge in our room malfunctioned (after we checked in after hours) Rang the after hours number and they had it replaced within 15mins!!! Absolutely outstanding guys! I will highly recommend to everyone!

I’ve stayed here previously and I wanted to come back. The park’s security has been upgraded and there is now fencing and a coded gate to help visitor’s safety. The property is conveniently located near shopping facilities and food outlets. It has a petrol station out the front. It’s also within a short drive to the Townsville Hospital for those who have medical appointments. The park is great for families and solo travellers alike.

There’s nothing I don’t like about the property. However it’s important to note that some of the facilities are being upgraded so there are shipping containers in the carpark. However this won’t be forever and it’s to benefit everyone. The only other thing to be mindful of is due to the fact the property is on the main road you will get traffic noise, however I didn’t find it that bad.

The cabin smelt musty. Missing utensils in unit. It's a shame there isn't a comfy chair to sit on as there was no balcony. There was no offer of fresh towels or bedding. The stay was 11 nights. Parking outside units not great. Seems to be visitors parking there and as a paid tenant you have nowhere to park. Fridge wasn't great and fridge door shelf was broken. No wifi at all the whole time I was there.

The cabin we stayed in was so clean and comfortable.

The only feedback in this would be to allow the pool area to be open longer in the evening to allow all the children to continue to have fun. It wa a shame to see 30+ children told to go out of there whilst they were all having fun. Lighting seems to be tan issue around the pool for the evening so that is may only "negative".

Modern unit with good aircon, excellent cooking equipment etc. Lovely welcome gift and farewell lollies - just a lovely touch. We were visiting my brother with a medical emergency and the staff let us check in early and check out a bit later, they loaned us an umbrella and basically whatever we needed, they assisted. Excellent place to stay.

Cold tap in bathroom made a loud groaning sound and hot water pressure not great.

We got the very first cabin - great spot and cosy without feeling like we were crowded. Cabin isn't cluttered - we had everything we needed. The park facilities are excellent and maintained well, we felt very secure even right at the front. The pool areas are great even for small children/ toddlers. The beds were AMAZINGLY super comfy

The internet WiFi wasn't strong enough to run anything but we didn't mind.

The property is in an excellent location. Local shopping centres with pharmacies, major supermarkets and restaurants are less than 2 minutes away. There is a petrol station at your doorstep. Major shopping centres are no more than 15 minutes away as well as the university hospital for anyone needing to travel for appointments. There is an excellent water playground and pool area and there’s a playground area for those with children.

The property is an older property, however for me it wasn’t an issue and over time it is being modernised.
