From the moment I arrived, the site manager provided a warm and welcoming experience, setting a positive tone for the entire stay. The room offered high-level security, which was particularly reassuring and appreciated as a woman travelling alone. The comfort of the accommodation exceeded expectations—the bed was exceptionally soft, and the pillows and overall warmth created a truly restful environment. If I find myself in Townsville again, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone seeking both safety and comfort during their stay.

Our stay was perfect! Location was a bonus! First visit to Townsville, will definitely be back for sure! Room service for dinner was fantastic - very quick did not expect it so fast 😄 thank you! Laundry - affordable to use the washers (I was shocked tbh) dryer was free!! A definite hidden gem! Check in and out was a breeze, no issues. Till next time, will see you then.

Safe, quiet, close to everything that we needed, locked gates. Reception girls were very welcoming and helpful. The cleaners always had our beds made and had fresh towels for us everyday after a long day out of rugby with the kids, so that was very kind and helpful for us busy parents. We will book again for the next competition coming up.😊💝💪🎉🔥

The costumer service was very understanding an very well established. I would recommend any person who is going to Townsville for a funeral to spend their time there . very easy to get to the airport. But the customer service was absolutely amazing thanks to the lovely manager that looked after me I was so happy to meet another beautiful person off the world that feels for people.. once again thank u for an amazing place to stay 💖

We arrived late which was not a drama. The manager was so helpful checking us in quickly so we were able to get to the steakhouse for dinner which was great and priced well. Plenty of off road parking for our hire car and even though there was a scheduled power outage for Sunday the manager made sure we had a breakfast pack each to help us on our way. Recently refurbished rooms were roomy and had all you need. Location is great so close to everything round town.

There is nothing we didn't like about our stay.

It was easy to find.. lots of parking.. good location.. the rooms were clean.. the shower was great.. the staff were just helpful and kind. Bridie the receptionist was wonderful. She told us to tell the restaurant at the hotel that we were guests and that entitled us to 10% off our meals.. good service all round

We booked a family suite with one double and two singles but when we got there we had the wrong room. With only one single and double The girl tried a swap but all the other rooms were taken. She gave us some vouchers to use at the hotel to compensate

The room was perfect for our family, very spacious, very clean and with proper airco, black out system and great shower.

The doors of the bathroom and internal bedroom didn't close property which was a shame. Location wise is in a sort of industrial area so you need the car for all.

Staff were fantastic. Food is palatable, and multiple sport outlets channel from the bar met the expectations for sports fans.

It's kind of industrial sites, but it's not an issue to be concerned too much.

Very handy location for my trip to Townsville (attend a film festival). Parking under cover, meals and drinks close by, all with a discount for staying. Room really nice and large. First time in a little while since I attended and will definitely not be my last.
