Huge apartment

The lip on the kitchen floor made us trip too many times, it is dangerous and needs caution tape or colour room 144. In fact, my Aunty tripped and severely hurt her foot, swollen and bruised and needed painkillers as it jarred her whole leg and hip. We had to move the couch to stop people entering the kitchen from one side and place a belt on the floor to remind people to step up

I love Itara as it is surrounded by beautiful river and lots of greenery and trees. The wildlife- birds etc is amazing. We are close to the public pool and other amenities including the library and the fantastic art gallery. The cafe was excellent and reasonably priced. We went walking on the first night to find eateries and was easy to find.

No, nothing we didn't like. One thing though, is that as there are 2 elevators we unfortunately went into the wrong one and got stuck in there. Lenny was excellent. Maybe a sign for both eleavators to show people which one they should be accessing to get to their apartment.

A nice apartment in a park-like location. Well equipped with a full-size fridge and a large balcony overlooking the river. Secure underground parking appreciated, as was the washing machine (and powder). A short walk to a cafe for breakfast or coffee as well as easy access to walking paths along the river. Close to the Bruce Hwy so easy and quick trips to visit relatives.

Not much to criticise. Lounges could perhaps do with an upgrade/refresh.

The location is very nice, but there is no shop that is very close. It is about 500-600 metres to nearest shop. The cafe is close and is a reasonably good cafe. The view from the rooms I have stayed in are great, and the walkways along the river bank and through the grounds are really nice and very relaxing.

The outside noise from the road can be a bit loud, but closing all the doors stops most of it.

Loved the location - the river walks were amazing. Close proximity to shops and our son and daughter in -law. Loved the lagoon pool too!

We did ask concierge for additional items - fresh towels, tea towels and dishwashing liquid (but so grateful that we were looked after - after we reached out).

Great location close to everything. Beautiful setting along river, surprisingly quiet. Easy to navigate to apartment and secure underground parking. Great price for unit with two bathrooms. Right next to gallery, lagoon pool snd walking trails.

Aircon in bedroom made occaisional gurgling sound but not a deal breaker. Everything else great.

We have stayed here several times - and wouldn't do so if we didn't like it. Pleasing outlook over the river, large shopping centre nearby.

Internal fit out is starting to show its age but nothing serious: carpet in lounge area is tired, small TV for room size, fans were a little noisy particularly on the balcony.

The unit was spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. Good location being close to local shops and plenty of walking paths surrounding the grounds.

The unit was quite dated and ready for a re-vamp. Also frequent plans flying over. Would recommend ear plugs for sleeping.

We have stayed here 5 times over the past. Good position. The Riverway pool great for my partner.

No luggage trolley. We are elderly couple. Getting our luggage from car park to lift and then to unit little tiring. Lenny was very helpful, helped us with our luggage.
