Secure parking and can fit our 4wd. Good location for easy in and out to places. Always have good staff. Photo is of problem that was rectified.

Had issue with bedding that was really old and stained. This was sorted asap. Have stayed here many times and never had this problem before. Only thing I would recommend is to not have a room above the gym on level one rooms 1,2,3 as you will hear the banging and thumping of equipment till midnight and then it starts back up at 5am. Sounds like someone knocking on your door loud. But the rooms are great.

I thought the layout of the room was good in that it made the most of the space available. The bed was comfortable and having a washing machine and dryer made the stay very comfortable as we did not have to bring a lot of clothes with us. The shower was powerful as the water pressure was good. Location was excellent and made getting to the football stadium easy and quick.

The pillows on the bed were hard and so the first night or two of sleep were a bit restless. It was a real shame the pool was out of action but the timing of our stay was just a bit unlucky in that respect.

The room was located next to the outside hallway, from what I can see all rooms are like this, this hallway has bright ceiling lights that are on 24/7 and it made getting to sleep difficult as the room was basically undistinguishable from day or night.

love the location the beds and the 3 bedroom apartments being the higher floors for that awesome view! favorite and only place my family and i will stay in townsville!

2 keys for access as once the person with key leaves anyone left in the room cant go anywhere! or you have to drop them down and come all the way back up again i did ask for 2 access keys and fobs and was told no.

Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, comfortable living & outdoor space. Pool was perfect temperature and nice & clean. Easy secure parking with decent sized spaces. Great security. Nice view of the stadium and creek, close to walking path. Cinema & food shops straight across the road.

The dishwasher wasn't working. Main bedroom had no soap. The gym was closed.

stayed for university residential school, across the carpark, location was perfect. Close to supermarket and places to eat. Great walks around the river too. Facilities were fully self contained, with washer & dryer - perfect.

couldn't fit my car in the undercover car park bed was a bit uncomfy

We have stayed here 3 years ago and are disappointed. Cleanliness has slipped somewhat The dust on top of the wardrobes was very thick .under the sofa. Looked like it had not been cleaned for months.the bathroom is ready for a deep clean bin easy rusty skirting boards were dirty .outside table needs re varnishedp

The building was easy to find, secure parking for 2 cars for a 3 room unit. The apartment was spacious & beds were comfortable. Views were amazing from our corner unit.

Reception was a bit difficult to locate, need to signpost it better. The room was not as clean as it could be, spiderwebs on the windows, the dishwasher baskets were all rusty. Shower frames need a good scrub.

The apartment is nice and comfortable.

Too much light and unable to sleep because there are lights outside. The room need to have dark curtain to protect the light. The couch need foot stall to put feet up. More cushions for the couch. Need step ladder to be able to reach the dryer as short people unable to reach the buttons.

great location.. 15 20 min walk and you are in the cbd.. many shop varieties.. just across from apartment were a selection of eaterys and a bar that also had a selection of food.. public transport just outside the complex.. just 10 minute walk to the football stadium that's home to the North Queensland Cowboys. better not forget to mention that there is a picture cinema between the eaterys..... where i stayed, they do have parking for guests .. all seperate from the public parking..

my view from 1 bedroom apartment was across the public car park to where all the eaterys are... that didn't worry me,. i would recommend that people booking there should query about what view the room has.
