The location of the property, the pool was great and the car port beside our villa was great. The size of the cabin was great, and the air cons being turned on when we arrived was great.

The beds in the cabin moved around as wheels weren't secured, and the bed was too small. The toilet was not secured correctly, so it was like riding a wave to go to the toilet. And one night while we were out at dinner we came back to someone elses car parked in our villa carport, we were only gone for and hour and a half and not sure what made the people think this was ok.

The pool and slides were great for the kids but they absolutely need some shade sails over the pools, it was very hot and maybe some maintenance as it all looks old compared to advertisement. The 3 bedroom deluxe cabin was roomie and great, then we had to move to a 2 bedroom as we needed to extend our stay and this is a very very small cabin in comparison, however the team where helpful in allowing us to stay in the first cabin until the next cabin was ready.

Parts of the park still look very old and rundown, and the lack of shade over the pools.

The location is perfect, this is always our choice of place to stay while we visit Townsville as it’s perfect for the kids there’s always something for them to do. With the waterslide, mini putt putt, jumping pillow, playgrounds. It’s a kid wonder world.

The only thing we wish is that we are able to go for a swim or play the mini putt putt a little earlier due to the heat.

Fantastic facilities - the jumping pillow, pool, playground, putt putt and waterslides were excellent. Constant activities for the kids to enjoy including petting zoo and movies. Everything was clean - staff worked constantly to keep grounds tidy. Staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was any trouble. We stayed in one of the new cabins and it was great!

Just the right distance away from town. Secure and quiet location other than the odd loud car late at night. Plenty for the kids to do and paid activities like mini golf and pedal cars are reasonably priced. Our cabin was clean and tidy with everything we could possibly need. Hot showers with plenty of water pressure. Laundry facilities were clean and easy to use with coins available at reception. Parking right next to cabin with plenty of room to easily manoeuvre luggage and the kids in and out of the car. We especially loved the Friday night outdoor movie and the resort pool.

The accomodation was great, had everything that we needed including a washing machine and dryer in our villa. Close to the family we were visiting and only a short drive to centre of town.

Being from NSW and having an active 8 year old it would have been nice to have more shade over the pools2

We stayed in a three bedroom pool villa. The facilities in the villa and in the park are amazing. The staff were very helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Would have liked longer slide hours but we were there outside school holidays.

The young lady at reception was lovely. Very helpful when we had to arrive a day early. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Location was out of town but we liked that

Bit close to the highway noise wise, but saying that it didn't worry us at all.

The 2 water slides that go into the pool need a little maintenance as anyone over the age of 5 can’t side down well they get stuck it might not be enough water running down it And the slash park had lots of things broken or not working well

Plenty of room for all 6 of us in the room. The rooms & bathrooms were all very clean. Great access to the pool & waterslides.

The office hours are quite short. The afterhours phone number isn't well manned.
