Everything was perfect. It was one of the most beautiful settings for a hotel that I have ever seen. If you want cloud forest, this is for you. The pictures that are posted really dont do it any justice. The staff was extremely polite and kind. Very gracious with my horrible Spanish. The internet was as fast as I needed. Anton is a nice little town filled with very kind people and amazing food.

Ramp to get to two rooms, flat to breakfast room, nice grounds, quiet, away from the center, responsive and friendly manager.

While there is a ramp to two rooms, inside needs ADA work—the door to the bathroom is too small for a walker, etc.

Water turns off in bathroom around midnight and does not come back until 7:30AM. Inconvenience for early risers

It was in a pretty spot, a bit off the main street but easy enough to get to. Room was a good size, comfortable, and quiet.

Breakfast was satisfactory, views and gardens very lovely and the atmosphere was very pleasant

The room was beautiful and very clean. The grounds were well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful with each request. Really a beautiful place! We'll look forward to going back sometime!

It rained a lot while we were there. Rain is typical - at least once a day -but this rain was pretty much a constant 3 days rain and strong wind. Not usual weather at all for this place - but still there were enough covered areas that we could still enjoy being outside.

The hotel is good if you compare with the price. It was clean and beds were confortable. The hotel location can not be better, and the weather in the hotel is even better than in the rest of the town. Breakfast is really good, fresh fruit, yogur and granola and a variety of options, portion are fair.

I just will recommend some updates (the ceiling and curtains for example) to the bedrooms to make it more modern and adapt to the current times and maybe the receptionist to be a little bit more friendly. The ceiling fan in the room also needs maintenance as it makes a rare noise when you turn it on. Reception also needs to be cleaned. And I don’t like it is pet friendly (don’t hate me), as I was with my little kids and a guest’s dog almost bite my 4 years daughter, it is not fault of the hotel, but in the future I will consider not pet friendly hotels.
