Housekeeping was great, very clean and tidy. Shower and bathroom was also great. Hotel location is perfect, lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Wifi didn’t work in my room at all. Most of front desk staff was fantastic, except one day we almost missed dinner reservation because our taxi took very long time. Front desk staff said it always takes long on Fridays and she didn’t know when the car would come.

When we needed help, the staff was kind and ready. We had an emergency and had to extend the stay twice, the staff was helpful and thinking with us, asking if we were okay, etc. That was really nice and special. The poolside is nice, it’s a 100 meter to the beach, the beds and showers were good. LGBTQ friendly.

You need a car, but that counts for entire Aruba. In front of the hotel there’s a square with some bars, they play music in the evening, but not until super late.

Our room was spacious, cleaned daily, with a bathroom that fit all of our needs and felt relaxing, most importantly. It was also a wonderful surprise that the front desk staff gave us a room whose doors opened directly to the hotel pool, which was wonderful!

Free breakfast would have made it even better! I know this isn't always possible, but it feels like a "win", when one can get a healthy breakfast for free.

The beds were comfortable, staff friendly, and the breakfast was great. We loved the beach right across the street too

There is a bar right across the street that has loud music and locals revving their motorcycles/doing donuts until 230 in the morning on fridays/sat, 12 on sundays and until about 10 on other nights. If you ask to switch rooms, since we were on the side closest to the street (west side), they will say the other rooms are premium rooms and an extra $20 a night. My guess is because the noise isn’t as bad. You can ask reception to call the cops at 1 am to try to stop the noise

I loved the pool area. And the restaurant/ bar being so close. The staff was very kind. Complimentary breakfast was ok/good but the servers/staff being so kind, you didn't notice it could have been a bit better. Delicious coffee.

My room was nice (apartment/suite) but the sofa and chairs were stained. I couldn't figure out with what, but it made me feel uncomfortable, like I was sitting on soiled furniture. Also the maid service, they didn't thoroughly clean.

The hotel itself was very nice and was very close to the airport and downtown.

My room was on the first floor by the main street and across the street were bars that attracted locals that played music loudly into the early morning. On the second night I asked to switch rooms because of the loud music and was charged $20 extra a night despite me staying there seven nights and was offered nothing for the inconvenience, not only was the music an issue you would hear cars all night and they would rev the engines loudly and drift into the early morning as well. Word of advice if you do stay here make sure you get a room away from the main street and on the other side of the hotel.

I loved this hotel. My family and I loved the food, the staff (with exception of some Housekeeping ladies that were not the friendliest). In the main, everything was great. We loved how clean the hotel was. We loved Esmeralda from food and beverage, she was very welcoming, dedicated, professional and friendly at ALL times!! We’d love to go back!

I requested a set of clean towels one day and ones of them was not very clean. We ended up leaving it on the floor of the restroom.

Convenience, close to the airport, beaches . Easy access to the public transportation. The restaurants are walking distance.

Bathrooms need to upgrade, breakfast also need different variety of food

Each staff member was so accommodating and kind. We only stayed one night before transferring to a resort for the week, but the servers at the bar were helpful with suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. It's our 1st visit to aruba and the people couldn't be nicer! The common area (lobby and restaurant/ bar) is open air and nicely appointed. We didn't use the pool, but families were enjoying the deep area plus the shallow area created for kids or just sunbathing. The drinks at the bar tasted great and the happy hour was a true 2 for 1. We only ate a snack but the mozzarella sticks were good. There are 2 busy, well known restaurants within walking distance but we didn't want to wait until 8:30 for dinner, so we walked across the street to a more "local" beachfront bar to eat. (If you are interested in the highly rated restaurants, make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance) We learned later that this was the 1st hotel in Aruba and has been renamed and updated to Talk of the Town.

The room was a bit dark for my liking but it was clean and the bathroom was updated.
