The room was comfortable and great for a family of five. There were 2 double beds and an extra sofa bed which gave us lots of space. The hotel was quiet, clean and easy to find. There is free parking in a garage half a block away which was easy to locate and enter. Breakfast is simple, just fruit and yoghurt, toast and tea or coffee but you can ask for extra toast as needed.

The room information indicated that there was a kitchenette in the triple room but there wasn't one in our room, although we noticed that there were in some of the other smaller rooms. Breakfast is simple.

My partner and I loved our stay, common areas and room were clean, we love coffee and the coffee there was great! The staff was super nice and helpful, another thing we liked was that at night they lock the front door and reception needs to buzz you in so we always felt safe.

Only thing we didn’t like was that when they did housekeeping while we were having breakfast, we headed down and the cleaning personnel left the door open and went to get sheets leaving our room alone with all our belongings there but we just didn’t request housekeeping anymore just change of towels and no issues after that, also you could just let them know to please keep door close if going away from the room.

The location of the hotel is close to the city center on a walk. It is just 700 meters. We do not need to take our car. Free parking is available but in a separate location from the hotel. Check-in was fast and smooth. The receptionist is nice and friendly. The room is spacious. The bed and pillow are comfortable. AC and hot water work perfectly fine. The hotel has great decorations and is clean. It has quite ambience. Breakfast is good. We love the decorations in the dining area. It is not a buffet breakfast but is enough for us (fruits, bread, yogurt, juice, coffee).

The shower hanger needs to be replaced.

Extremely well-located, charming facility, friendly reception and good communication. Continental breakfast and welcome glass of wine were included and were a nice touch. Close walking distance to Centro and historic sites and the central bus station.

Some aspects of the remodeled room seemed a bit cheap and basic and could have been better chosen. Same with toiletries provided.

My family and I are originally from Leon and we usually stay with family when we visit, but this time we decided to try a hotel. Othelo was located right in the heart of the city and was the perfect location. The staff was extremely attentive and the room was spacious, clean, quite and comfortable. We were all very satisfied with our stay.

While we loved the room, we did not have access to a window or any natural light which was not really a problem but something we noticed.

The room was very comfortable, and I appreciated the air conditioning ! The location was good. I ate pizza at the jazz cafe which is (almost) next door, and I walked to the excellent museum on the boulevard.

I didn't like the weather ! LOL. It was just too HOT... I loved the 'library' room at Othelo, with its books and its comfortable chairs. I loved the room where breakfast was served. Being inside was a nice way to cope with the heat.

Clean Room. Great Water Pressure. Amiable Service. Good Location. Quiet Guests and Feel. Modern Look. Kind enough to guard our luggage. Simple layout with just 16 rooms.

Lights too dim in the room. Too simple of a breakfast with no options. The city and the location of the hotel didn't allow for easy access to late night meals or a simple convenience store nearby.

The room was spotless and the hotel was very quiet and clean. The staff was very kind; we arrived a bit earlier than the designated check-in time and they didn't make a fuss about it. The book-themed decoration is very original and beautiful.

No complaints. Keep in mind that there is no nice view from the windows.

The air conditioning was excellent. However at night I prefer a window open. I could not open a window to the outside.

The rooms and facilities are of a very high standard. The bed very comfy and the shower good. room quiet. Parking is included. You park outside, check in and get a card for you car and you park about 50m away.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel, the only thing to be aware of is that the area is quite run down. while the main square is to the right as you leave hotel, that’s also a run down area. however if you walk 5 mins to the left of hotel you reach a very nice square and then another 5 mins and you are in the very nice area around the Templo Expiatorio del Sagrado. So if you want nice restaurants etc, turn left when you exit hotel.
