The Hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast was good, the location was perfect, 5 minutes walking distance from Fox Town, next to the highway and from the Mendrisio Train Station.

The restaurants were close too early in the evening, the bars where close on Sunday. We requested a tween room because we are two girlfriends travelling together, however, the beds couldn't be separated because the side tables are built into the wall.

Comfortable bed. Spacious room.

The breakfast was very bland, had low quality ingredients and horrible coffee. The system of asking guests who enter the breakfast room for their room number is outdated and archaic as they sometimes enter a dozen every minute and the lone waiter is overwhelmed with other tasks such as replenishing the coffee machine, bringing food from the kitchen etc. Guests should be given breakfast coupons to eliminate this headache and constant shouting at guests by the stressed waiter who clearly is unable to cope. The window in the room has no glazing so highway noise and some drafts enter the room. OK for a night or at most two if you have to be in the area but not more than that.

Location was good….just a walking distance from the Fox Town Outlet Store where we went shopping. Will be staying at this hotel again in the future.

Location is excellent for Foxtown or a highway driving break; room was very spacious and beds were comfortable

Breakfast could be improved with some higher quality pastries/croissant and jams. Coffee was good, but breakfast still lacks the atmosphere of a 4* hotel (trays, plastic feeeling napkins, etc).

The hotel room was very spacious and room very clean. Big bed with different kind of pillows.

I would welcome more warm breakfast options, e.g. boiled eggs instead of only scrambled or more kinds of saussage.

Friendly staffs

Other parts of the roon was ok. But room had an old recipt on the table(from probably people who stayed before us) and made me think if they even cleaned the room.

We stayed 1 night in a stopover. Beds were comfy, staff was helpful and competent.

I liked everything.

The location is excellent, particularly if you plan on doing a lot of shopping. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the shopping center. The staff were multilingual and efficient.

The hotel lacks charm.
