Comfortable and clean rooms.

I would suggest to improve the breakfast, even if you might have to increase the price: - when asked for scrambled eggs the waitress, already not very welcoming, said that she would have to check whether someone had arrived in the kitchen, finally we could have them - fruit salad: fresh fruits but floating in an industrial orange juice - croissants that i suspect to be pre-coocked - for a restaurant of that level i would have expected a more qualitative breakfast

Love the concept of the hotel, the restaurant is AMAZING! I am dreaming about going back just for the food. The service was excellent at reception and restaurant. Great coffee as well. Easy access to Italy, Fox Town, beautiful towns around.

Breakfast could include more proteins, more options. But it was still very good.

Hotel in a great location, very picturesque opposite converted church tower. All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel had a bar and restaurant, which was really helpful after travelling all day.

Parking wasn’t great but staff were really helpful in accommodating.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff (every single person - manager, receptionist, restaurant-bar staff, room staff). Excellent restaurant, comfortable bed, luminous room, clean, great ambiance where locals stop by for a coffee on the bar terrasse.

No private parking (though public parking is very near), soundproofing between adjacent rooms could be better.

Spacious rooms, very good breakfast and very resourceful staff. Alexandra, the owner, is very nice and has lots of information when you need something.

The lobby had a wine bar with a lot of source of wine to choose from, and also Water disposal machine for tapwater sparkling water and hot and cold water. The breakfast was diverse and sufficient. In the evening the terrace cross the street was a very romantic place, and with excellent food.

In the room on the sealing there were a few spiders ans also spiderweb. And also the bathroom sealing was in a poor condition hidden by the light sealing. Behind there were big holes and you had the feeling something is going to come down from those wholes It was a creepy feeling going into the bathroom every time… (photos attached) and also in the bathroom were spiders and spiderweb all over the sealing. Probably with a good and more carefull cleaning they can be removed and the guest can enjoy a cleaner bathroom.

Terrific hotel, restaurant is really very special as is the wine cellar / collection.

Rooms were a bit basic, but had sufficient amenities and were very clean. Parking is troublesome, you have to pay for public parking - I was 5min returning to my car and received a ticket.

Clean and comfortable room with a restaurant/bar on first floor (didn't have a chance to eat there, but looked nice). I enjoyed the novel concept of the wine-tasting vending machine - enter your key card, place a glass, and choose from a small or medium taste to a full glass of several local wines. Payment is done at checkout. There was also an event at the piazza in front of the hotel with food, wine and a live big-band and singer. It was nice to catch some of the performance, and I appreciated that it ended at 10pm to not disturb the guests and neighbours. The location seems a bit out-of-the-way, but in reality is only about 5-10 mins from the Swiss/Italian border at Chiasso, and far enough from the autoroute to not hear it.

No coffee maker in room. Some rooms are in between floors so you have to bring luggage up or down 1/2 flight of stairs - not a big issue.

This is a nice boutique hotel on the Swiss side of Como. The staff is incredibly nice. We want to give Francesca a special mention because she was so accommodating to us. Thank you again! They also have an excellent breakfast. Italy is also very accessible. We actually walked to Cernobbio one day and it took under an hour but there are plenty of bus routes.
