Everything in the room is great and perfect. Feels quite new, quiet, clean and safe. Ensuite Toilet is clean and bright. Shower is abit small but OK. There's a microwave at level 1. Love our stay here.

Location is on a hilly area, 5 min walk to bustop, the bus take about 20min to Como Town. Bus service/ time is abit weird (oh well this is Italy), sometimes wait for 1 hr.. Lol.. We made a mistake to walk from Chiasso train station to Casa Livio with our luggages, it's the most painful walk we ever had.. The steep sloped road is full of potholes and its 85% up hills (35 to 45 degrees). We hired a taxi on our checkout day and it costs us 40 euro to Chiasso for 8min drive. If u walk without luggage, I guess its OK. There's some parking outside the place.

Newly renovated/well maintained apartment. Really friendly host. Satisfied with the room and a really nice and spacious bathroom after all the cramped ones we encountered in the rest of italy.

Slightly further away from the center but it was cheap and well maintained. With bus number 7 you can reach the apartment easily (2-3mins walk from the bus stop). However, when we travelled around 6pm on a weekday the bus was crowded and its difficult to stand with your luggage especially because of the hilly road and frequent turns.

It was spotless clean. Room, sheets, towels...it was impeccable. Possibility to make coffee (ness) and tea in the room.

We did not like the attitude of the personnel. They were satcastic about the arrival hour, with me being there. I was also not allowed to use the private parking. This was actually the main reason why we chose this location - the private parking. I offered even to pay for it, but they sent me to park my car on the street.

Please ignore a previous review of mine as it related to a different accommodation in Milan !! This is re Casa Livio. Very friendly owner/staff. Excellent value for money and can be in COMO in 15 minutes on the N7 bus which stops just up the road opposite the local pizzeria and drops you off virtually outside the block. Clean and comfortable.

Had two cups and saucers but only one plate a couple of forks, had to search for these things etc e,g, knife in kitchen in entrance to make breakfasting easier.

Small studio we stayed in had everything you need. Some cutlery, plates, cups, etc. Very clean and has nice terrace area.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear every single movement. We were lucky to have neighbors only for one night, but even that was a bit annoying. Also, they send instructions about parking spots, but basically - if you don't manage to get the spot in front of the house, you can only use the ones under the bridge. The street is so narrow that there is no way to park there.

Very quiet surroundings. Easy parking to find around. Great instructions for self-check-in.

The room was a little small with the suitcase, but for a few nights it was ok. The bed and pillows were a little hard. The room doors are a little bit thin and we’d hear people on the corridor like they were next to us. Thankfully they were quiet at night. The streets around are very narrow and hard to navigate if you’re not used to it. It’s better to come from via San Giacomo than what the GPS tells you to do.

The bathroom and bed was nice. Room was big enough and a nice balcony! We didn't stay that long because we had to.standup early for another day of traveling but it was a nice short stay.

They said we could check-in from 14:00. We arrived around 14:25 and it was still not ready. We had to wait around 30min. But when we got in around 15:00, it was clean tho! Parking is also very little there was only 3 places next to the property and there is way more rooms than that.

The location is really calm and cozy, on top of a hill. The common areas are always clean and tidy. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There was even a kettle and mini fridge so you could have a small meal or snack without having to go to the kitchen. Also the beds were really comfortable.

The owner is a lovely man who was very helpful. The room had a good bathroom, air conditioning and comfortable beds. There is a restaurant and bar within walking distance. It was a good price for the one night we stayed as a stop over. The location is a few kilometres from Como itself but it is a short drive to the lake. Como itself is expensive so this place was a bargain.

- the room is nice and quite - the balkon is nice and connected to the garden - bathroom is nice and clean - the room has a small refrigerator and a water boiler - wi-fi is stable - they reply fast to Booking.com text messages - Mr. Livio is kind and helpful :)

- there is no microwave oven in the room or other cooking options (though you can use the microwave in the common kitchen) - most of the parking slots are tiny, and the garage is not available to guests - they don't really speak English, mostly relying on Google translate - bathroom shower only has a single shower head built into the wall overhead.
