I really liked how the staff are too welcoming and positive towards the client. They offer the best quality service as much as they can. The rooms are comfortable and you have almost everything you need for your stay. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Each day the room gets cleaned perfectly. I was well-informed about how the things go on.

The room having a mutual door with another room next to it, feeling like you stay with that person.

I loved the jasmine smell all around. Beautiful garden & nice bohemian vibe all around. Breakfast was nice, excellent coffee, nice staff, lovely town centre. The room was small but comfortable, 4 pillows for 2 guests.

Nothing we didn’t like. Sometimes I don’t understand people who review this as a 7. I always choose a hotel by reviews & , although this one has a good score, I don’t get the lower ratings.

The room was very clean, everything was clean, comfortable!

While booking through booking.com, there was two single beds booked, but when arrived the receptionist refused to give us, she said they don’t have single beds in their hotel. After that we tried to explain her showing our booking.com booking details. Even in this case she refused stating that they don’t have single beds.

The hotel is the most beautiful in the city. The building is gorgeous, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking and has an excellent restaurant for dinne

The only disappointment was the breakfast, which could benefit from more fruit and a greater variety of fresh bread options

The room was spacious and clean. Great shower great choice of shower gels, shampoo and conditioners. Good parking. The receptionist was super kind very very helpful. The restaurant is absolutely delicious with great service. Breakfast is okay. I have a specific regime so I could not eat anything but in general it is a decent breakfast and copious.

Not easy to find if you arrive at night in the dark. There are not luminous signs. No full size mirror in the room. There were cups and boilers but no tea or coffee, nothing dramatic.

Excellent 4 star hotel, modern and elegant, with comfortable rooms and all the facilities you could ask for. The building itself is a renovated villa in a beautiful garden within walking distance from the city center.Special thanks to Artemis, the lovely cleaning lady who made up our room every day!

The front desk staff could have been more pleasant, we did not feel very welcomed but that's just a minor thing. Also the breakfast coordination needs a little improvement, things were finishing and never been replaced sometines.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly. The location is very good with Varese city centre a short walk away. The toiletries were gorgeous.......

The restaurant was shut and it would have been nice to have had a drink there. The QR code to get in the building in the evening seemed to flummox a few customers (including us).

The staff was outstanding. The location was walking distance to town. The breakfast was generous and high quality.The beautiful grounds on the property made for a wonderful setting. The staff made our little Havanese dog feel like it was his home. Parking was excellent and the elevator came in handy.

Staff was absolutely delightful, breakfast was simple and great, housekeeping kept the room very clean everyday.

distance from Milan and road closures at night were a problem. So highly recommend this hotel for Varese but if you are looking to commute to MiIan not so great

We love the Art Hotel and have stayed many times in the past. The hotel is in a convenient spot that we know well. The restaurant on site serves some of the best food we have ever experienced. The rooms are large and well appointed with very comfortable beds. The staff are welcoming and the breakfast is very good. We’ll be back !
