A very nice apartment hotel. The rooms super clean and spacious. The air-conditioning worked well. For a family with small kids we think this is a good choice. There were parking spaces available at the yard. The location is quiet and with good walking distance to the lake. There was also washing machine for clothes in the room. The breakfast was 10€/person and was worth the money. The yard was pretty and covered with trees. Friendly staff. We would visit this place again!

Gorgeous old property with a long rich history. Room was generous and comfortable. Staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Parking was great, onsite and felt protected. The real highlight however was the restaurant where I ate a rack of lamb. It was superb with the preparation of both the meat and vegetables best in class. Best meal while travelling in Europe for 2 weeks. Even has a local draft beer that had real taste

No curtains to block out the light (just nets)

Perfect location, easily acessable by bus and ferry shuttle across the lake from como and acessable friendly, within distance of all amenities, shops and sights. Relaxing venue with friendly staff, an affordable traditional restaurant in house and lovely rooms with a nice view and great AC for hot summer days. This is a very safe location being all of 25 meters from the police station, i would recomend this for those accustomed to travel for cultural experiences.

We both ran through this question and honestly we were quite happy with no negatives.

We stayed in one of the apartments. Good value for money and perfect place for a family giving you that extra space and the flexibility to cook some of your meals. Spacious room with kitchen. Lovely staff, they informed us about the restaurant and breakfast options and offered us some water and coffee while we checked in. We ended up doing most meals in the kitchen and didn't get a chance to visit the restaurant but we read it is very good. Lift available. The place is very quiet but at the same time close to the centre of Cernobbio. We didn't have a car but found no problem reaching it by bus from Como. Close to supermarkets (even a Lidl), bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Don't forget to visit the local Lido in Cernobbio!

The kitchen could do with including dish soap and a sponge. In similar apartments in Italy there was some salt, coffee and tea (even oil most of the times) included in the apartment, which is very useful so you don't have to carry salt with you around the country if you are staying in different places :) It was a very minor inconvenience nonetheless.

The people were really helpful and kind! The apartment was really big and our baby enjoyed walking and running around.

There was so much noise coming from the other apartments that we couldn’t sleep. There was no towel for the baby. There was not even a sponge for the dishes and the pillows were really thin that you couldn’t sleep comfortably.

Stayed here many times en route to and from southern Italy. Near lake and private parking. Part of Terzo Crotto hotel next door so restaurant and bar avaikable.

Prices here and other hotels locally have risen far more than other locations. Two big hotels by the quayside are under renovation making it look less attractive.

The location is perfect near the ferry stop, there are few places around to eat in addition to the Pizzaria in the hotel itself. Also there are shops 10 minutes walk which is useful for a family. By Ferry, Bellagio is 1 hour 45 minutes away, with the views of the lake and the mountains the time flies by and to be honest I found Cernobbio more into my taste than the over crowded Bellagio. The view, the terrace and the surroundings are all perfect. We stayed in an apartment and asked for a baby cot which was offered for free. The beddings were all nice and clean.

I had to pay for the parking, which should have been included in the price.

Absolutely beautiful grounds with big trees. Large room with very good beds. Clean apartment with kitchen element where you find all utensils for cooking. Excellent restaurant, but a bit pricy. Two breakfast options: Italian or full buffet. Excellent brioches. Quiet area, in easy walking distance to the lake. Good connections by ferry or bus to Como.

Room tends to be become hot in summer. Air-conditioning is available though. Private car parking is quite pricy, but it is convenient right in front of the building.

Property is beautiful and everyone who works there gave me so much help and direction as this was my first trip to Italy for a family wedding. They made my stay very memorable and I’ll be sure to be back.

The apartment is spacious and well organised with all the facilities you need for a short stay including cooking equipment and a washing machine. Everything was spotlessly clean. It is set in a quiet area a short walk from Lake Como. There is ample parking (for a small additional charge), a lift and a pleasant outside terrace with tables and chairs. We arrived long after the 6pm check in deadline having been delayed by heavy traffic and long queues at the Swiss border but Sergio very kindly waited for us.

Perhaps paper towels and washing up liquid in the kitchen.
