The location in Cernobbio was great - it was close to the lakefront with a ferry station but there was also a bus stop close by to go to Como. Our room was quite big and beautiful with a little balcony and the bed was comfortable! The parking right at the hotel is also safe and very nice. The room had AC which was good since it was still quite hot when we were there :) we had a great time and would definitely stay here again when at Lake Como!

It is in an excellent location with beautifully clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The gardens are lovely and well kept and there was a lovely atmosphere. It was within 5 mins walking distance of the main areas and had an incredible restaurant. The dinner we had there was unbelievable!

The breakfast options were limited but they did source my gluten free food which was great.

The Breakfast Room is on the ground floor it is long with plenty of room it has a lovey fire place at the end of the room. You have to try the restaurant the food is fresh every day they also have a Pizza oven where they make the best Pizza I had in a long time,

What I didn't like is that we only spent 4 days in that Hotel next time we will spend longer...

Beautiful, location very close to Como, great balcony & wonderful friendly staff, the rooms were basic & a little dated, but very clean. Plenty of on site, safe parking There is a wonderful little balcony out front where we sat under the giant umbrella’s ( to keep out of the rain ) enjoying a few glasses of wine & some snacks before dinner. Dinner itself was fab, all 4 of us had something different & we all thoroughly enjoyed the flavours. We will defiantly return when we are in the area.

Hospitality! They ironed like 10 items for me and told me it was included so I gave them a good tip.

A bit dated but for some I'm sure they can see the charm. Overall a good centralized place to stay. Connected to a restraurant as well but I didn't try the food since I was in town with a wedding party.

The food in the restaurant was wonderful and best in the area. I was dissapointed withthe room. The staff is very accomodating

The room

location just a short walk from the lake, breakfast really good the room looked out onto the courtyard from the breakfast room if look out you can see the part of the cave the hotel is cut out of. The evening meals are really great in a beautiful setting The people who work there are really superb and did a wonderful job helping when my my brother became ill I really cannot praise them enough thank you

Breakfast was great and we got it as gesture of good will, without us booking it in advance, all for free. The location is super! For this price in Como, it is a real gem. I liked the bed, it was not too soft and it had a good smell of laundry softener.

the main light in the room was really cold. I only used the sidebar tables lights because the light bulb was warm. the main room light had a super cold light. otherwise, everything was really good.

everything about this hotel was excellent. the staff was etremely nice and accommodating. the restaurant was exceptional. the location was perfect for what I wanted to do. located next to boat ferry that can take you to many towns on lake como. when i return, i will stay at this hotel if possible. could not have been more pleased with everything. everything in cernobbio was within walking distance. a beautiful city to visit. with beautiful, friendly people.

Hotel Terzo Crotto met all our expectations: pretty and quiet room, spotless. Nice breakfast, helpful staff and parking at the hotel for the car. Located next to the charming centre of Cernobbio and the lake. Highly recommended!
