One of the best B&B's I ever stayed in, and that is not only in Italy. Very large suite, very friendly hosts and breakfast nearly a la carte. In summer you have your own swimming pool and hot tub outside. We felt very, very welcome.

Location is good for visiting the surrounding lakes, but take into account that the distance to Como Lake, Como and Bellagio is more than a few kilometers. If you travel with your own car, that should not be too much of a problem

The location was perfect for both the lake and visiting Milan. The hosts are very attentive and not intrusive in anyway. Breakfast is excellent. The pool area, BBQ, pizza oven and games area is for exclusive use by the apartment.

Very friendly owners, super comfortable bed, great outside yard: covered patio, swimming pool, also fully fenced so it’s perfect if you’re travelling with a dog. Breakfast was outstanding. Everything you need is there.

The house is on a corner where there’s quite some traffic, so you do hear cars. However, the beautifully walled garden gives you a lot of privacy and reduces the noise.

Excellent ground floor apartment in a quiet town. Spacious and pristine. Great communication, lovely hosts and an amazing breakfast. Good WiFi for remote work.

Bed mattress needs to be changed, one side is firm, but other is overused and has a substantial drop.

Everything about our stay was great, the B&B was easy to find and the host (Pier) was waiting when we arrived. The facilities were excellent (BBQ, swimming pool, outdoor dining), breakfast was very nice and plentiful, plus the hosts were very responsive and helpful anytime we asked a question.

Modern, new and very spacious apartment: huge living room with large island-type kitchen and all facilities, dining table and sofa+TV area to relax after dinner. Further there are bedroom+dressing room+bathroom with shower. Outside a small pool which looks nice and colorful at night. Breakfast was good. Host was very friendly. We enjoyed our 1 night stay there.

When you arrive by car there are no signs of this B&B whatsoever, but the Navi brings you exactly to the gate. The host lives just on the upper floor so the stairs from his area go down directly to the living room where you are, but he didn't disturbed us. However, at night you can lock yourself in the bedroom+bathroom area. The bed was too soft for my taste.

This apartment located in a small building is a complete and modern house with everything you might need. Everything is there for a week long (or even more) vacation. Suitable for 4 ou 5 people, close to supermarkets, beaches and the usual things you might need. The included breakfast was very good and could change everyday according to your preferences. The hosts are very friendly people that helped us if we needed. Really a place I could come back to. There is even an EV charging point at 100 meters.

In general there was not anything we did not like... but as less positive points, the lack of a washing machine (we went to a local public laundry shop), the fact that the pool is still under construction and it could be a bit cheaper per night.

Everything was fantastic, the home and the hosts exceeded my expectations. I never imagined I could find such a good place for such a good price.

Pierre took us in. He is super friendly and helpful. Pierre is a very warm person and will do anything for you to have a pleasant stay. The accomodation was very nice. He made the pool himself, it was excellent! Thank you so much Pierre!!!

It was a very big place and we were the only guests. Our dog was welcome for free and the entire garden was fenced. Breakfast was perfect and the seating area outside was perfect to have our . Nice bed but you have to like the foam, which is just very personal. Clean bathroom, everything was very spacious and the host was very nice and friendly.

The only thing that we disliked a little bit was the busy traffic near the house. Obviously they can’t do anything about that and I think they tried by getting all the lovely trees around the garden to reduce the sound.
