Probably the cleanest hotel we’ve even been to - no cutting corners anywhere when it comes to cleanliness. The biggest room we’ve been to as well - over 50 sq m. The hotel has an old school charm to it, everything is functional and built to last. Good breakfast selection.

Would have been useful to have the guest card processed in advance not to lose time at check in, like is often done in other places.

The hostesses were very friendly and helpful. Their communication (and English) was excellent. As other reviews have noted, the property finishes are dated (almost to the point of being retro-cool now), but my room and the common areas were very clean, the under building garage was very nice in the rain, and the hotel is walkably close to the thermes, restaurants, and other attractions in town. I liked it so much I stayed another night to enjoy a relaxing day in Leukerbad. The scenery there is stunningly beautiful.

A warm welcome from the staff and a calm place. The room was big and breakfast had plenty of options.

Overall all good. Just the lack of noise isolation between rooms but I guess it is due to the construction era from those kinds of buildings. Since it was not high season it didn't impact me much, but maybe during high season it could bring some disturbance to your rest

My experience in this hotel was excellent. First of all the staff is really warm, nice and helpful. The room was more than big and old Swiss fashioned and very comfortable. Regarding the breakfast I can confirm that it is very good. Fully recommend for short stay in Leukerbbad -sush a wonderful place by the way-.

Excellent location 5 minutes walking distance from Torrentbahn and from the thermal bath. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Good and rich breakfast. The covered garage with space to store the skis and boots was a plus.

Nice restoran and nice brackfast. Very friendly staff. Good location and nice view from balcony. Room is comfortable and clean but everything is old , and furniture and kitchen and shower old.

An retro hotel with friendly staff, super clean rooms, good views and amazing breakfast.

You cannot use the oven or hob in the kitchen but this wasn’t a huge issue.

Very good position, near to Alpentherme Thermal Center and the center of the town. The Hotel has also a good car parking, with a competitive prices respect to others parkings and Garage in the city. Very courteous and helpful staff other than a very good breakfast included in the room price.

Excellent location, close to both the "communal" SPA and to Alpen Therme. Also walking distance from the main street with sops and most restaurants. Very big rooms (only one type of room, that can host up to 3 persons). Clean, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Only some of the rooms had been recently refurbished, but the other ones are still OK.

Good location, close to Torrent cable car and restaurants and thermal spa in town center.

Internet is often spotty or weak in signal. The reason we were given is that too many people might be using but it’s the same in late night. Should get it fixed. Parking should be cheaper for guests staying at the hotel.
