Our room was a good size with an entrance lobby and a balcony. Breakfast was amazing and the staff exceptional. Some people talk about the road; it is busy but with the windows closed the room was well sound proofed and we weren’t disturbed. There is a lovely cafe directly opposite.

Everything was very nice, good breakfast, very pleasant host, nice separated room between parents and children, very comfortable beds. There is a small fridge and microwave in the room and the kettle.

The kitchen could be a little more equipped: there is a kettle and cups but no spoons. The room is a little noisy from the outside road, we closed the window but if it was hot, not sure how we could make it. Also it would be great if the TV was a smart TV. Our WiFi was weak and didn't work in the room.

Great location, supermarket across the street. We booked the studio, kitchen was well equipped. Owners super friendly. I don't know why other people complained about breakfast. It was more than enough and with plenty options. I would suggest booking one or two days extra to see the villages in the area. The houses are very nicely decorated. We have been to Zugspitze(around 45mins), Innsbruck (like 1h30mins) and the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles which were at about one hour drive from the house. It was much cheaper than staying closer to the places we visited and well located.

Our favorite place in our trip. Great host, was very kind and informative. Good value for money. The room was great and awesome breakfast.

The guesthouse is right by a road so if you're sensitive of the sound of cars passing by you should close the windows

The breakfast was good! The staff were friendly and approachable.

The place was 40 minutes drive from Garmisch-Partenkirchen center. The apartment was at the main street so it was loud with an open windows. Cars passed by non stop and sometimes if there were trucks or delivery vehicles passing by the apartment was shaking 😅 It was good for a one night stay but I will not stay stay there longer. Our room was really at the street like 1 meter from the main street 😅

The room was perfect, just a bit noisy if you want to sleep the windows openned. Personel is really friendly and the breakfast is really good !

The guesthouse is a traditional house transformed into a modern guesthouse. The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean. The breakfast is very good. The owner is very nice and helpful, one of the best hosts we had in Germany. There is also free parking. Totally recommended!
