The apartment has big beds and is clean and warm. The wardrobes have hangers and shelves. A big plus is the room for skis and ski boots, which has a dryer. The car can be parked in the inner parking lot. Also, the people are very friendly, with smiles, and always ready to help. Only 20 minutes by car to Chopok and parking at Lucky.

There was no washbasin in the toilet and the wifi had no password (not protected). There was no option to sort trash in the room (I hope this is somehow sorted when collected by the hotel service). But those are small things and I will choose this hotel next time I go to Chopok.

The breakfast was exeptional. Lady preparing the breakfast and serving it, deserve a good raise or at least two days of ☺️. When there were no eggs left on the table the breakfast lady prepared by hersfepf four eggs right in front of me and this act of valor felt like home ☺️. Reception staff was very kind and helpfull, always with a smile ☺️.

We booked a room with one double bed, but the bed had two separate mattresses, so this was like two single beds brought up togheter. This need to be written or changed ASAP.

Very good location. The hotel is very new, all the equipment in the room is new. The bed was super comfortable. Staff are very kind and helpful. We were with a small 6 month old baby and the hotel was really comfortable for families and they are very family friendly.

We liked everything: the friendly and helpful staff, the beautiful modern design of the room (we got a free upgrade!), the technical details (electric opening of the shutters), the cleanliness, the location close to the center, the quiet position, the free parking, the excellent breakfast and, above all, the pleasant atmosphere!

The outstanding help from the receptionist(might be the owner of the hotel) was amazing to say the least. She went out of her way to help us and brief us about the area (where to eat, how to get to ski resort etc)

Great clean room with good bed and nice bathroom. Internet worked well, breakfasts are good too. There was also a room to dry the skiing stuff which I find very helpful. Parking available and a lot of shops/restaurants in 5 mins of walking.

Very friendly staff, very modern, spacious, and well located.

Breakfast seemed expensive (€9) for what was given. Tea/coffee, pastries/pancakes, 3 hot items, a small selection of cold cuts of meat/veg and a few cereals. Also rather watery apple juice and orange squash.

Everything was good, clean and ready for our trip. The bed was really comfortable

A very warm welcome by fantastic staff who spoke absolutely fantastic English. Nice comfortable room close to town centre. A nice area with really nice people. Would highly recommend!

We got a hot welcome. The hotel was a quiet place, ideal for calm rest. Breakfast was great. We ate what we had ordered the day before. A surprise!

Just one little notice. We heard music from the dining hall early in the morning. It was a bit annoying.
