Check in was a breeze, and the rooms were very nice and big for European Standards. The bathroom was big and the balcony was the length of the room. The skier lockers were nice for one person, and the boot heaters were great. The food was good, and it was nice to get a choice on selections on the menu. WE had just come from Austria, so it was hard to compare as two different cuisines. The restaurant staff was the best, they remembered all of things we would ask for in anticipation. It was great. will stay here again for sure

The biggest thing that bugged me was having to pay 25 Euro a night for the wellness center. The rooms are already expensive enough and should include the wellness center, which was very nice. It is just hard to justify when you only really stay in the center 1.5 hours at the most. It was a nice steam and sauna rooms.

Nice views, nice staff and an excellent spa with a perfect massage therapist. Easy to catch the bus to and from town center.

Wifi does not work throughout property as advertised. It does not work in the main restaurant or the spa facility. Parking is not ideal. The breakfast was okay, and the breakfast staff is very attentive, but whoever cooks the eggs needs some training. They were a disaster every morning.

Very warm welcoming, cozy atmosphere and amazing, uniquely made food. The staff was very nice, kind, helpful and friendly, they made sure we were having our best time on our vacation. The hotel was nice, warm and clean and we will definitely visit again!

Our room was warm and beautiful. The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining the spaces. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and cannot be faulted for their attention to detail. As someone who has visited many ski locations and ski hotels, this hotel is fantastic value for money with great food, great decor and a top quality staff. You are a short bus ride out of the main town, which means the hotel is quiet and also, you get a good view of the town at night, which was lovely.

Our room did go out into the car park. However, the view from our room was the valley which was lovely. Additionally, it is a little awkward to get the piste, you would have to get a bus.

The hotel is very nice, staff is really friendly. They upgraded us to a better room without our request, that was really nice. Breakfast is great.

The lunch menu is only until 3pm and then the dinner starts at 7pm, so it made it a bit hard traveling with a kid.

Great hotel staff, starting from the reception, through the restaurant and to the very friendly and lovely stuff in the wellness. I have never encountered such kindness and support from the staff in a high-class hotel before. Thank you! The food in the hotel restaurant is very tasty and I recommend the local wines. I highly recommend Monica's massages. She is amazing! Room with village view, very clean. Comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel has a nice view from the room. The bed and mattress were quite comfortable. Breakfast was okay, and I appreciated that it started early at 7 a.m.

The breakfast was good and fresh. it could have been richer in options, but the breakfast staff was so attentive and nice that they accommodated our every need.

Wonderful place. Leo and the other staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, large and with all amenities. Likewise the bathroom and shower - all superb. We had the included dinner and it was delicious, as was the breakfast. A perfect place to stay.
