We got the Bear Room, full of bears, and the setup was cozy. There was a blackboard with chalk at the entrance and we could decorate it ourselves. There is a retro arcade game set with hundreds of games! We played that half the night. Overall, quite clean. There is a filtered water dispenser. The fridge is clean. The bed is quite soft. Location is good, many food options and activities within walkable distance.

The sound proofing was not that good, we could hear random people singing karaoke from downstairs until quite late on Saturday night, and the motor cycles zooming pass once in a while. Also, best if they can provide some tissue boxes.

Ease of check in/ out process. Quick reply from host. Strategic location to get around and good food and shopping options close by. Good security and friendly staff too. Personalised parking lot.

Slightly dusty and air-conditioning isn't as cool as needed. Certain areas aren't cool even at the coolest setting with fan turned on.

Nest Home Team was very prompt in replying. As early as 7.30am, I've received the check in procedure. Round abt 3.14pm, staff even text to check if I've any issues getting the card for the unit. Very prompt response from Nest Home Team all the way from booking to check-out. So, yes I'd recommend Friends to book Nest Home and will definitely try out other locations' unit that Nest Home offer for my future stays in JB.

Location here is a great if you plan to chill & eat a variety of food. Thai, Vietnam, Chinese, Korean, Japanese etc. Street food, Cafe theme eateries & high end Restaurants. Love all those we've ate. However, if you are looking to shop for fashion wear, then you would have to travel further down to AEON. We didn't visit the Water Theme Park/Karaoke, so no commend abt recreation.

I love the cleanlineness which is very comfortable and amazing. Also the decoration matches the picture and the homestay is very strategic near to the shoplot. Also the price is very worth it. I will repeat to the homestay again in future.

Stove is problem.

Room was what shown and really cute just with items placed a little differently. Location was great with lots of eateries and convenience shop nearby! Quite a safe neighbourhood with police patrolling quite frequently late night.

Letter box is right at the top so if you are not tall enough you may not be able to reach. 164cm needs to tip toe if item is placed deep in. Hair dryer was sadly not working :')))

Game

I booked at about 80sgd, but when booked, I was charged in MYR, then back to sgd, even though I chose the currency to be sgd. And in the end, due to this sgd to myr and back to sgd, I was charged about sgd85 or 5sgd extra.

Great location, right in the heart of mount Austin. Highly accessible to all the cafes and restaurants, all within walking distances. Apartment is spacious and clean. Great for couple or solo travellers

Only drawback is probably the occasionally sound of traffic since it is located in a high traffic area

Room was exactly like the pictures. It was very well maintained and I enjoyed the stay very much. Great location with a lot of shops nearby and host is extremely helping and prompt when replying. Will definitely come back again in the future.

very satisfied with the state of the homestay..tidy, clean, calm and peaceful..this is the second time I checked in here..will be repeated again..all great boss
