Clean and quite for being on a VERY busy road. Room was clean and had enough room to workout beside the bed. Bf had quick walk out to get a smoke!!

Accidentally book a handicapped room, let desk know we didnt need it and offered to move before we settled incase some who did legit need it came, felt like a brush off saying, "it's the room YOU booked, we have other options for them." I felt like we're being watched by staff at breakfast, arrived at 815, 45 min left to eat. Bf and I each had 1 plate, 1 bis w gravy and 1 sausage patty, bf had scoop of eggs, 2 patties and 1 piece of bread. We each had a drink and I grabbed an apple I ate in the room to avoid being watched.

My room was quiet, and the bed was a bit too firm, but ok. I am grateful for the nice cleaner who helped me get the ring I dropped that rolled way under the desk!

I had an "accessible room". There was a handrail by the toilet. However, the shower was a tub with shower and there was only one small hand rail in the middle of the wall. That is not an accessible shower. Breakfast was OK, but limited.

The staff did everything within their power to make our family members comfortable. I have stayed there before and suggested that everyone stay there for this family gathering and they did and loved it. Thanks Comfort Inn for the cost savings and the staff for their care and service. Walter Starks

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The desk staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and great at giving instructions to get somewhere. The rooms were extremely clean & comfortable. The breakfast was good and always warm. The coffee was great. I would highly recommend to anyone !

They are very nice at the front desk. Loved the pool. Breakfast was ok, same food everyday. Change would be nice. Location is great.

Internet wasn't working 1st day, 2nd day I had a bit of trouble, 3rd day I just ended up using my own hot spot on my phone. I travel here for work and If I cant use the internet, I might have to check out somewhere else to stay so I can work. For now I will give one more chance because I really like everything else. I visit at least once a month for a week if not more.

Everything was clean, staff were friendly. Location was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfy.

Our room was quite stuffy, so we turned the AC on as low as it could go and on max, but it was still very uncomfortable to sleep with the temperature.

The hotel's location is convenient to restaurants, fuel, and a variety of businesses.

The furnishings are somewhat dated for some items in the room. We couldn't close the closet door with clothes on the hangers. A room air freshener (plugin) overwhelmed the room with the scent.

It was clean.

The breakfast wasn’t hot. The biscuits were cold. Did not see a microwave to warm anything. Breakfast opened at 6am. I was there by 6:10. It should not have been cold in that length of time.

The staff were very friendly. Especially Brenda at the front desk! The breakfast was also really good. The breakfast man was a really hard and dedicated worker.

Cleanliness, affordability, amenities (loved the bigger fridge and microwave). Was great having 24/7 coffee downstairs. Loved the continental bfast. Staff was wonderful!

My husband said some of the gym equipment was faulty. I believe the elliptical and bicycle did not function properly
