The hotel is well located close to the motorway exit La Cassine, but not too far away from the city centre. I had a nice and comfortable room with a view of the mountains to the south. Breakfast (not always included in the rate) has a wide range of choices. The access to main gate, hotel entrance and room door works easily with a single door code. The car park is right behind to the hotel building protected by a gate (with some overflow spaces outside).

WiFi works well, but one has to add information again at every connection (minor annoyance). Not much to complain about otherwise.

The gentleman at reception was very helpful and did everything with a smile - including helping to sort out a safe spot for my husband's Musto Skiff dinghy and directing us to local restaurants for dinner. The room was clean with good air conditioning. We took the short walk into town & ate at a lovely brasserie before heading back to the hotel for a good night's sleep - surprisingly quiet considering how close to the motorway we were. The bathroom facilities were very good with a great shower (I have long hair so that was important to me). The same gentleman was on reception next morning and was again very helpful. Breakfast was good, with an amazing choice for such a small hotel. Again everything was clean & tidy. I would recommend this hotel & definitely use it again if we undertake a similar journey.

The only thing I would recommend to the hotel would be to make the entrance look a little more inviting - the outside / car park was a bit overgrown.

An excellent hotel with a hearty breakfast available, not far from town (15-minute walk).

The area in the vicinity of the hotel is a bit dark at night and run down, the car park needs attention (trip hazards) but some lighting and plants would help. It is a new facility, with time these issues will improve.

I had a lovely time, the staff are very kind and the rooms are luxurious and clean. I was just a bit disapointed in the surroundings, it seems to be a part of the lovely town that is still being built, so it is filled with construction fields. But nonetheless the city centre is only 1km away and it is stunning there!

I picked this hotel for the location, I was just passing through. I knew I would arrive early afternoon and was close to the center and shopping mall.

I'd paid 20 euros less the night before in another location, so the price was a little more than I wanted to spend, but the location was worth it.

Standard B&B Hotel - you can't really go wrong. It was clean and comfortable. Be aware there's no lifts (up to the 5th floor if you're unlucky).

It's located on the "wrong" side of Chambéry, although near the train station (10-15min by foot); there's absolutely nothing around.

Located off the main road. Not a particularly nice area but good when arriving by car. Main road just outside the windows but well insulated for sound. We slept well. Free car parking.

Room on the ground floor was a bit loud as it was near the reception. Rooms upstairs would probably have been better.

The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and they speak good English. There was enough parking, which is behind a fence and looks secure. The location is on the edge of the town which is ideal for short stays for people who are having a sleepover while traveling.

There were no issues actually, it was a very good one night stay.

The lovely receptionist was so nice. He went above and beyond. We have stayed here 3 times now. We go back because it is nice and clean, perfect for our dogs and you can get a great breakfast. An ideal stop off for us on our road trips.

Very welcoming and friendly manager. Excellent choices for breakfast and good value for money. Wished we could have stayed longer to discover the restaurants of Chambery but unfortunately we were "en route". Would recommend this hotel for a few nights stay.

Missing an elevator , but that's not the hotels fault. Location was a little out of the way of other amenities ,restaurants etc, but that really is only a problem for one night stays .
