You guys met my family’s expectations. Cleanliness is a must, good job. Great service, room was what I expected spacious for my kids. Also loved how you had different shampoos inside shower installed very smart. Gym open 24 hours a day .. thank you! Please 🙏 keep doing what your doing and people will Keep coming back like me and my family. Because we know what to expect! Thank you again and staff you guys are awesome and very happy.

The rooms were very clean and when I walked in, the TV had "hello and my name" typed on it. Super cute! Great location and great parking. The beds were very comfy!

It is in a great location right off the highway. Overall comfortable and good amenities. Staff is often cheerful though limited in helping as Management doesn't support them sufficiently.

Parking is a problem with recent construction. It is starting to show it's age a bit. Only one card reader out of two was working--same as last year. Ugh! Bathroom shower has 30% of the shower water shooting down the faucet so the tub starts to fill up--kinda yucky. They never have a night light as their solution of a plug in gets stolen always. They need to get a better solution--this problem continues year after year--so no one addresses it except to say they are working on it.

The hotel was exactly what we wanted. Covenient and safe location near amenities, clean and affordable. My family stayed here one night and it was excellent. Microwave in the room was a plus when traveling with a child! Beds were very comfortable. Good standard continental breakfast options as expected.

The rooms are clean. The staff were extremely nice. The breakfast was great.

The thing I didn’t like was we chose this hotel because of the heated pool, but there were no mats around the pool that would keep my handicap child safe. It was very slippery and I almost fell. There were other children drink cannonballs out of the pool, causing water to be on the site and the concrete was extremely unsafe and slippery. I would advise the property to get some type of plastic mats to put around the pool by the entrance of the pool so that nobody falls or sue the property. Other than that, my day was marvelous.

Very clean rooms, spacious and the complimentary breakfast was perfect. I was traveling for business and if I have to travel back this way I would definetely stay here again.

They are building a Chic Fi-La in the parking lot so there was a lot of construction noise at all times. The parking lot was also cut in half because of the construction so you had to fight with construction trucks to find a place to park.

All in all, great! Pool could have been a lil more heated. However, it still was relaxing after a bit in there. The king size bed was comfy. I like it dark when i sleep and that was good we had a darkening shade. We like that we were able to access our Netflix acct. Breakfast was good. I wish you had bacon, but it was good. We will diffenitly book again.

Everything was good, nothing to complain about to much other then next time I'll request top floor. Loud stomping above us but not too much into the late night. We still got a restful night.

There was a great variety of items to choose from. It was always prepared on time. The area was large with plenty of tables and it was clean. Nice juice bar, and nice variety of toppings for hot oatmeal.

It would be nice to have more fresh fruit choices than just apples. It would have been nice to have a granola option in the cereal selection. A better quality peanut butter spread than Jiffy.

The property and the rooms were clean and well kept. the room was spacious and well equipped. There were several EV chargers available at reasonable prices. staff was friendly. There were no dogs on the premises. It was non-smoking. Breakfast was included. Overall happy with this property and we’ll stay here again.

Breakfast could use an upgrade: scrambled eggs and a breakfast meat and breakfast potatoes instead of one or the other, but more importantly put the toaster and waffles service counter where they won’t bottleneck the traffic while folks wait for them to cook. Also, give better directions on the use of the fridge—we didn’t realize turning it on to level 7 would freeze everything.
