We liked that breakfast was included and the roof top pool. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to help us book a day trip to honda Bay. We requested 2 rooms next to each other which we got and were very happy with. There is a laundry service right across the road with was great.

The shower in my room didn't have good water pressure but the one in my parents room was good. Also in my parents room they had some trouble with the air con, it wasn't cool enough. The door handle on my room as hard to open sometimes.

We were so delighted with all the assistance and help we received from the staff! Always so attentive, and ready to help us with any need! Grateful to have stayed at Grande Vista Hotel during our Puerto Princesa staying ^^

Well, we would like to have received some small toiletries in the room, such as a small soap bar for washing the hands. I would also recommend to leave some toilet paper in the external toilets in the hotel, that would be helpful. Other than that, it was lovely to be there!

The location was great. There was a lovely vegan restaurant next door and the hotel was close to SM. You could get around Puerto Princesa very easily by tricycle. We had a great stay. All the staff were friendly and we had a good breakfast which was included in the price. The room was nice with good Ac, hot water, drinking water, coffee and Wi-Fi. Very near to the airport.

I like the location, which is at the center of the city. The room is spacious, and the room service is good.

The kitchen only serves in the morning. I forgot to order in advance for the next day and have not used my food stub for the last day.

The room is clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to stay. The location is decent as well. Breakfast was enjoyable, though I wish it were available earlier to accommodate our tour schedules.

Arrived at the property at 12 PM and they still accommodated my request to design the room to surprise my wife with our anniversary. All items purchased are accounted with receipts and they only charged a small amount for the request. Front desk staff are also very accommodating.

The decor was unique and attractive. The view from the top floor deck was amazing, worth having drinks and watching the harbor activity. Walking distance to many downtown capital locations as well as SM mall. Room was large and clean.

Parking could be a challenge but we didn't have any problems. Expect road noise if your room faces the busy street.

Everything was like expected Basic hotel but maintained.

Shower needs to replace WiFi is not working Included breakfast was too basic

The location is good near to a big shopping mall and transportation is easy in front of the building.

The only thing is the electrical outlet limited. on bed side but overall was great experience

The pool was out of order the first few days repairs were done
