Clean, not overpriced.

Air Conditioner blew mold. Could not use and opened windows. Would have been nice to be able to use it.

This room was nothing fancy, it also was nothing nasty! So, so, so clean. Comfy bed. Great shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, plus lotion I plan to search out and buy that was into the bathroom. Coffee with liquid creamer, plus four mini-bottles of water. Heater and A/C that work great. Tiny room, but all you need. Bed. TV. Mini-fridge. Shower. Toilet. AC/Heater. Easy parking. Bocchi ball. Fire pits. Picnic benches. A feeling of being safe. Clean, clean, clean. Just around the corner from Ellen's Pancake House, Albertsons grocery store & Flying Flags.

Newly renovated motel with beautiful interior. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, fridge, lots of parking. Recommended.

The check-in was like from the 80s - calling a US number (difficult if you come from abroad) and telling them your credit card number over the phone should not be required in 2025! Plus the heater was pretty noisy and the walls were thin, so it got cold fast without having it on. Otherwise no problems.

Self check-in is easily done at your own door (digital keylock) with the code they send you over email. Amenities and the room were wonderful! Nicely does the job for an overnight stay near the coast.

Felt like the location was somehow unsafe. Even though it was close to the town center, it seems isolated and vulnerable to car thefts or break-ins. The fact that there is no Reception contributes to this.

The hotel was very clean. They delivered an iron and ironing board promptly when asked. The outside areas and amenities appeared well cared for. The AC unit doubled as a heater which was great at night.

I got the text for the check in and door code a little after 3pm, which was when we were scheduled to check in.

It was exactly like how it’s pictured in the photos, facilities were very clean, and conveniently located a short drive away from Solvang.

The only thing I’d complain about (which is very minor) is the shower took quite a while to heat up. Again, very minor, everything else was very clean, convenient, and overall, enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet.

There is no one on the property and communication is by e-mail for check-in instructions. In our case our check-in instructions did not all come through initially, and one e-mail did not have a usable key code, so we could not get into one of our rooms. Because there was no one there, we had a challenge getting a workable key code, but we eventually reached someone who resolved the issue.

The hotel is clean, cozy and has a lovely Scandinavian vibe that makes it feel comfortable. The location is great perfect for exploring the area.

However, the communication could be improved. The check-in instructions were sent late and we had to ask a couple of times to receive them, which wasn’t ideal.

It was a lovely place to stay. A hidden. Gem . Very clean and comfortable with nice decor. I loved the rain shower with a soft water. Met one of the cleaning ladies very kind. This was my first time here I’ll definitely come back.

Clean, comfortable and cute

How cool that they provide bean bags for corn in the hole. The decor is so attractive we had room 8, far from the street so it was quiet. The coffee was decent. The tile in the bathroom was so cute.

The sliding barn door on the bathroom didn’t close. It kept sliding open.
