I love that it was super clean the beds are soooooooo comfortable!!!!!. Ours was a suite which was very spacious and and its to walking distance all over Solvang.

The location is on a very high traffic street which i was very surprise, I thought that at night it would be ok, but all night the cars passing very fast. The noise from the cars is loud that it doesn't matter if the windows are closed they feel like there inside the room. Very hard to get a good night sleep. If you a deep sleeper then maybe this is for you.

Room very clean. Extra towels were in the cabinet. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in the bath room

Structures were vintage and you could hear others outside or above your room. We were not bothered by this but someone else might be.

It had that small inn feel but with all the comforts of a hotel. The room was spacious with a modern feel. It’s within an easy walking distance to the downtown area, but far away enough to where we had no trouble parking and didn’t hear traffic noise. Bed was very comfortable. Contactless check in and out. I had minimal staff interaction but all were friendly and welcoming.

Low water pressure (could have been user error), and a frosted window in the bathroom that didn’t have a curtain so you could see in when it was dark out. (I didn’t mention this to staff, so it could have been an easy fix.) We had a loveseat that folded out to a bed, but there was no other seating. These are all minor compared to the amazingness of the property! Would and will stay here again.

Room was clean, self check in was easy, staff/front desk on site let us park early and let us use the restroom even though we came a couple hours early.

Wifi password did not work until we had to call the number for after hours. We were at the bottom floor, we can hear the people next door since we had a room with connecting doors so that was awkward. We were able to do late check out without additional fees.

Room was very nice and modern. Even thou we didn't need the kitchen, it is a nice option for future visits. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very roomy and a nice layout. The patio added a nice privacy option. Lots of outlets, if needed.

All toilets should have a seat cover. That would be nice, if they added these back. The lay out of the shower/flooring, allows all the water to go out onto the bathroom floor during your shower. We had to lay a towel along the edge of the shower, to prevent the bathroom floor from becoming a hazard and to stop the water spreading out into the rest of the bathroom.

Very charming boutique Inn. Nice room amenities (coffee maker, water, fridge) Loved the fire table Loved the loaner bike Staff was helpful and so nice. 6 minute walk into town- super convenient!

I was in Rm 4 and could hear everything in the room above me, mainly them going up and down the stairs. It's no ones fault- the other guests weren't being abnormally loud, but the location of the room itself leant it itself to hearing a lot of noice. The property was pretty empty, and I would have loved to know that someone is staying above me, and perhaps it'd be a bit quieter in another room.

Darling Dutch style house just 2 blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants. super clean, friendly staff, room had fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and was very comfortable. solving is a darling town with lots of shops and restaurants and New Haven in is close to it all but down the street so quiet.

No problem us for us, but 2 our rooms were upstairs an exterior set of stairs. if elderly, make sure you are on 1st floor. property sits right on the main road of town… quite a quiet road, but if you leave windows open you may hear a few cars in the night.

Clean, modern, comfortable, welcoming ambiance upon entering room.

No shelving in shower for my personal products or to rest my foot on when washing legs/feet (I’m considered a senior citizen—not a title I like to concede to—and it’s helpful for balancing and bending over to have a lower shelf/ledge to rest my foot on when washing). They provide shampoo, conditioner (but I like to use my own), and bath gel, however I kept hitting the dispenser with my elbow due to its placement.

The hotel is situated in a quieter block of Alisal. The rooms were large with up to date furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was large with great water pressure.

There is no night manager or security guard onsite. Both nights we stayed there was loud partying outside the room until 1 am. We called the emergency number the second night. The remote manager called the loud guests who refused to break it up. He called the sheriff who apparently didn’t come because the noise continued for another hour.

We booked the New Haven Inn as a last-minute getaway. We happened to get the penthouse, which far exceeded our expectations. This had 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub as well. It had a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. It also had a balcony with a gas fire pit, which is wonderful! It was very clean, stylish, and quiet. It is a short walk to the main windmill and the main street of Solvang, so it is not in a noisy area.

The only thing that was an issue was that the heater in the king bedroom made noise. We had to turn it off in the night to be able to sleep. Other than that, everything was well-equipped and we had a lovely stay. We will definitely return and bring more family next time as there is plenty of room!
