Our stay was Above and Beyond! We stayed July 14-19th, we were very impressed with everything. Everyone was friendly even at the gas station. We felt like we got VIP treatment the whole time we were there. We had to use the EMT’s a couple of times and they also were professional but friendly. Our original bellhop Adrianna was very sweet and went above and beyond. The room was beautiful! We asked for a coffee pot at front desk first girl told us that if we didn’t have one that meant they didn’t have any but we asked someone else and had one delivered with all the condiments and cups within half hour. When we where having breakfast in Eggington the general manager came and visited with us and gave us dining recommendations away from resort he was friendly and we saw him again on Friday and he greeted us with a smile and asked if we went to any of his recommendations. Only con was while I was in casino we had very few servers ask if we wanted a drink we would have to go but our own other than that we loved our stay and will definitely be back. To end our stay we stopped at the gas station and my husband went in to get coffee the older man at counter asked him if that was all he was getting my husband said yes and the man said don’t worry about it and gave it to my husband. We both come from Disneyland in Anaheim and are used to High Standards and we have to say Job Well Done!!! See ya again!

That casino servers were hard to get a drink from

Have not been to Chumash for about 10 yrs. The Sports Bar, way too expensive for the food we had. I had sushi, asked for Tempura sauce, I use for dipping, had none. Only white rice no fried. Went there 2nd night thinking try something else. Husband had shrimp & noodles, noodles no taste. Margaritas delish, food disappointing. Selections so limited. When we return will not eat there, gamble yes, won’t eat there. Returning in Oct.

Resort and room accommodations were great. The room was beautiful and comfortable. All staff including the valets, bellhops, registration desk, membership desk, guides/security, pool attendants, and restaurant greeters/servers quite nice and helpful.

No microwave in room, too many of the slot machine readers did not work so accumulating rewards points was affected; no food delivery service for dinner meals

I loved all the staff, starting when we arrived. The valet service was friendly and help with our bags, always one step ahead in providing assistance. I have to use a wheel chair, they help my wife take it down from the truck, very helpful. The staff in the registration desk, also very accommodating, since we arrived earlier then the checking in time, they allowed to check in to the room, since it was my 1st visit, I did not pay any extra fees Cheyenne was very helpful and very concerned and made us feel very important. I thank all the of the staff at Chumash Hotel and resort.

Loved the cleanliness the casino is such a great place the staff was amazing and contributed to the immense comfort and safety me and my parents look forward to so generously, upon check in the staff was so welcoming and accommodating I appreciate their willingness to keep my privacy and comfort my parents said that it was the best trip ever and I will be back soon gratefully ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏

The staff was very helpful from the moment we drove to the front entrance. I asked for a room near the elevator and was given what I asked for. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular with a walk-in shower and above average amenities (including robes). The wi-fi was great and the TV screen was huge.

We chose this cite because we wanted to go to the buffet, to play poker, and swim in their pool. When we arrived we were told both the poker room and the buffet were no longer operating and the pool was closed. We were forced to find food at their "Food Court" which wasn't very tasty and was overpriced as well.

Just can't express what an outstanding stay we had. Everyone was very cordial. From checking in and stating what was important for me to have a battub and rearranged room assignment so I could have use of bathtub. Was so surprised and Grateful. Promt with Valet Service to Dinner Reservation.

I was not happy calling in Tuesday night to ask for a 12 noon check out for Wednesday morning because I wanted us to sleep in and being told I would have to call in the morning. We spent a ton of money on food, gambling, and being our first time there, I think it would have been a good gesture to give us that hour. Other wise all was good.

The rooms are very nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel part of the property is way above expectations.

Food choices are very limited. The cafe hrs open late and close early. So other than a steak house food options seem to be a coffee kiosk with pastry and deli section

It was so nice and clean! The staff went above and beyond to help me with my reservation that they weren’t able to find through Booking dot com. They were even able to give me a better rate.

The pool is for 21 and over and I had my teenagers with me. They were able to let us go to their sister hotel in Solvang and use the pool there…like a 7 minute drive.
