The room was nice ~ lots of storage space and a nicely organized kitchen

Pool hours didn’t open until 11am and I was planning to swim each day before going out and was disappointed with that The breakfast was not appetizing. Coffee urn was empty and we waited for half an hour to get coffee. The variety of food was lacking with microwaved egg omelets, one type of muffin, and the second day we ordered from Uber Eats.

Home2 suites in Downingtown/ Exton was phenomenal, it was very clean ,very neat, the staff were very nice and friendly, the pool was absolutely fabulous, it was a saltwater pool, our room was very comfortable, very clean and spacious. It was located around a lot of eateries and stores. There was bowling within walking distance and also an Urban Air (children's play area) within walking distance. We would definitely stay again and also recommend this hotel.

The location was ideal, and close to a vast number of food, entertainment and shopping facilities.

A secondary seating/table area outside of the indoor pool area closed at 11:00, leaving only one area at the front of the hotel for a group having multiple guests to gather. The front area was always monopolized by a large group of the same guests, leaving only the pool outside area for other guests wishing to sit outside, talk, smoke and relax. It would be nice to have a other entry way to that secondary seating area after 11:00 without having to walk through the open pool area, which closes at 11:00.

Loved how big there fridge was!! Full fridge with plenty of freezer room!! Room was big with curtain in the middle! Room was big enough for our 3 kids and 2 adults! Had to get 2 due to my mother in law stating with us and that's just one too many adults lol in my room!

The only thing I wish was that they have another TV for both sides of the room when the curtain is being used!

Everything about this stay was great. The facilities were top notch and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I couldn't have had a better stay anywhere. The breakfast food available as part of the stay was also excellent. Many choices and again, the staff was extremely pleasant.,

The rooms are set up well with kitchen, sofa, sleepy area, plus plenty of counter space if working. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was mediocre. For such a nice hotel, breakfast options were lacking and restocking of food was slow. There were waffles and oatmeal but everything else was muffins/bagels or pre-made egg sandwich. I was hoping for hot eggs.

staff were extremely friendly

A $75 fee for a 1-night stay with a 10-lb dog felt excessive, especially considering that doesn’t come with any “extras” like complimentary treats or whatever. (Though there was a jar of self-serve milk bones in the lobby.) I’m happy to pay extra to compensate for the extra cleaning my dog entails for the housekeeping staff, but a $75 fee — plus we always leave at least a $10 cash tip/day for the housekeeper — feels like a lot. (And if that extra $ all goes into housekeepers’ pockets then that’s one thing, but I somehow doubt that’s what’s happening.) For reference, other comparable pet-friendly hotels we’ve stayed in charge $25-35 per night for dogs.

Our room was right over top the fire pit area outside. We got woke to people drinking and carrying on out there around 11:30pm-12:00am. Went down to the front desk and they relocated our room.

The breakfast was ok but rather ordinary. The room was up to date and great for longer stays as well. Full size refrigerator. Room dividers, shelves, excellent!

Will try to remember to request 6th floor room next time. Constant noise from room above was annoying at times.

The breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel. The sandwiches were fresh, the omelets were delicious and there was a huge variety to choose from for breakfast.

The beds were a little hard to sleep on that is my only complaint.
