Super clean and new feeling property. Well maintained inside and out. Has a nice little gym and a heated pool and spa that are outdoors. Comfortable rooms that are quiet and spacious with a fold out couch. The staff was all very kind, friendly and helpful, wonderful hospitality. Included breakfast is typical for a chain hotel of this size but I would say it was better than average and the kitchen and eating areas were very clean and maintained well through the breakfast hours.

My only complaint is that there were times they felt understaffed, it’s possible someone called in sick because it didn’t seem normal. This resulted in the complimentary coffee and water running dry in the lobby and running out of towels for the pool area forcing us to use our shower towels. Not a big deal, the one young fellow working, apologized in advance for them being shorthanded and he let me know he was the only one there at the time and was trying his best to do literally everything short of room cleaning.

The staff were so very nice. I interacted with 3-4 different employees during our 2 night stay… all were so extremely attentive with happy smiles. The pool was great, fitness center was clean. Breakfast was yummy! All around a great stop!

The key cards are the magnet strip style. So they deactivate when you put them next to an electronic device. Not the end of the world. And the front desk was very gracious recoding my card. This will not deter me from staying here in the future, just a recommendation for the one thing that could make this hotel better.

Front desk is very genuinely nice, sometimes you can tell when hotel staff are faking the customer service vibe, but not these folks :)

The policy of calling the room after checkout is very wholesome in theory, but in reality is jarring and irritating. I was appreciative that the front desk gives a damn about if my room is up to par, but I also just got done with a long day of travel/business and want to stare blankly at a wall in silence for 2 hours minimum lol. I think asking people at check in if they WANT a follow up call to see how the room is would be great. Then people are at least expecting it, those super loud hotel telephone rings are the worst.

I absolutely loved this hotel mainly because of the people! We had a huge 2 queen suite with sofa bed which was great for our 5 night stay. The 2 sink vanity was an added bonus. The hotel staff at the main desk were friendly and caring. The lady in charge of the breakfast area kept it well stocked and clean with hot food each morning. Everyone took a personal interest in providing the best service to us. Loved the popcorn every afternoon and fresh chocolate chip cookies, plus milk, every evening!!

We loved our suite on the 3rd floor. It was very comfortable and just right for my family. The room was very clean. They even took the time to fold some of the hand towels to an origami fan. The internet was fast. The sitting/lounge area could also be a sofa bed which was nice and had enough lights for reading. There’s also a desk with a chair if you need to work during your stay. The beds were great and we all loved the pillows! Breakfast was included in our booking and it was great! They had quite a few choices: waffle which was a seller for the kids, yogurt, fruits (orange, banana, apple), cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, banan nut muffins and chocolate chips muffins, choice of raspberry, cheesecake, and cinnamon buns individually packed, bagels with hazelnut spread, cream cheese, jelly, and white and while wheat bread slices for PBJ sandwiches. They had milk, orange juice, and apple juice. Not to mention hot water and coffee! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back. We highly recommend this place.

It was clean, good location and the staff was great. The popcorn and the cookies was a great touch.

The eating area for breakfast was way too small. No where to sit when eating breakfast, all tables were full. We had problems with our door key/lock. When we put the card in, it would not unlock the door. Had to go down to the front desk to have key reprogrammed. The staff was very helpful, but the next morning it didn’t work again. The maintenance man was there and was very nice and helpful, he let me in my room and he fixed the issue by putting new batteries in the lock. Again the staff was great and fixed the issue, but it was very frustrating not being able to access my room easily.

Breakfast was OK- the selection for coffee and or additional items, like real half & half or cream, was totally lacking. Having a variety of breads, bagels, etc., was good, as was the bowel of fresh fruit like bananas, apples, and oranges. I would prefer a selection of fresh fruit juices for the price paid at this location. Bacon & eggs looked OK- powdered eggs like all the other chain hotels out there in America did not appeal to me at all. My spouse enjoyed the waffle.

Coffee selection or hot chocolate or chai tea should be available at breakfast along with REAL half and half or REAL cream for hot beverages.

The area it is located , everything was close by, so it was perfect. Everyone, especially the front desk, was so polite and helpful. Huge thank you to Annette and Megan for taking care of us and all our needs. Breakfast was great. My grandkids enjoyed their stay, especially the pool. The young man working the breakfast did a fantastic job keeping it stocked. Our room was more than what we expected. There was lots of room and space it was very clean . Thank you to housekeeping for taking care of us. Definitely recommend it. I will stay there again.

The hotel looked quite new and our room felt luxurious with tasteful furniture. The front desk staff was very friendly and hospitable and gave us detailed information about the hotel facilities, such as washing machines and fitness. Breakfast is good and we especially liked the Swiss Miss hot chocolate. The hotel is at walking distance from the historic Pecos River irrigaton canal, built over 100 years ago.

Crystal the front desk employee who checked us in was so welcoming, helpful and friendly -her kindness and enthusiasm at making our stay comfortable was wonderful. Best place we've stayed in a long time. The breakfast was better than many other hotels, and there was even popcorn and hot chocolate in the evenings which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Comfort Suites.
