I did not like the same day email with check-in instructions. Emails should have been sent earlier. I wish the reservation would clearly state that rooms are located inside the Halla Westurn Park, Songdo building. It was frustrating, asking random people where the UH Flat the Songdo building was. The email contained wrong info. For ex: lobby code given did not have the correct combination of ** and # signs with the code. Similarly, the room entry code given did not have the required * . Only trial and error, and asking other people gave us the correct codes. For English speaking USA travelers without Korean phone, check-in was very difficult.

Good location in SONGDO. A modern, fully furnished apartment for a reasonable price. Convenient 24 hr store on premises. Nearby food restaurant choices.

Very poor location instructions for first time English speaking visitor. Description should clarify that UH Flat, the SONGDO (and other properties) use units in the Western Halla Hotel. My check-in day email never arrived. Security guard tried to help, finally called someone to come to lobby to help me. Only a small nameplate on your units door says UH Flat. No English speaking assistance in hotel lobby, phone number provided but must use Korean phone number which I did not have. Bath towels are very small. Location of tv next to bed makes watching difficult. No a/c cooling during cooler months, must open window to cool off unit.

The apartment was immaculately clean.. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Amazing views over Songdo and hhe sea. The washing machine was really helpful allowing me to pack less for a longer stay. The complex includes a handy convenience store on the ground floor. The location close to the metro station allowed easy access to the rest of Incheon with connection to buses and the Seoul Metro system. The owner kept in touch with messaging regarding cleaning and replied promptly to my messages. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

a really beautiful view. decent facilities for a week-long stay and a good sized room. cleaning can be provided every day if you request it. close to the train station, but the very last stop on a super long line. pretty close to the beautiful central park too. nice to be able to cast youtube videos on the tv and a bonus to be able to use the gym

the shower had a gap between the door so water got all over the floor easily, but apparently that was going to be fixed after my stay. one day the sheets were requested to be changed but there was a miscommunication and the cleaners didn't do it. i also used the washing machine and unfortunately when my clothes came out they had pet hair all over them, i guess because i stayed in the pet friendly room

The location was great! Near Central Park and many shops in Songdo. I was worried about accessing the room since there is not front desk but it was quite easy to access the property from the main gate with all the information presented in information email. Great little studio hotel that was very clean and comfortable. Great value

The laundry room was cozy and very clean and affordable. The convenient store located in the lobby was a savior. The cafes below were very nice and affordable. The building was clean and quiet and extremely safe. I would stay again. The view came alive at night! I witness the lunar eclipse at night, it was amazing.

I didn't like the unresponsive/late response from the host. I didn't like how the garbage arrangement wasn't completed upon request, I kept getting auto replies from the host. We had to guess the trash separation and find the trash room in the building. I had to buy trash bags, it wasn't fun.

8 minute walk to Songdo Moonlight Festival train station, with bus stops in front and around the building. Unit is compact but complete. Lots of storage spaces for luggages

Good location and great facilities

The building have a different name from the hotel name, it wasn't easy to find. There is nobody in the reception, you depend on a code that was emailed while I was travelling. I didn't get it and was very lucky to find a korean friend that could phone the person in charge. After that, everything worked alright.

Easy access, clean and safe. close to convenience stores, songdo central park and mall.
