I booked for my husband he was in town for a funeral. The staff was so kind and helpful especially the young man at the desk on Wednesday evening. The room was so clean and nice. Housekeeping was great. Did not eat breakfast but was told juice coffee cereal and pastries was available. Woukd definitely recommend and would book here again!

Every staff member I interacted with on any shift was so wonderful and helpful! Everyone was so kind and always greeted me with a smile. I would stay here anytime!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. But is I had to pick one thing, it would be the breakfast was a little lacking, but it was satisfactory.

I liked the fresh baked waffles n yogurt, and coffee. Very clean, quiet. Safe, green location. New facilities. Room was spacious, like having a fridge and microwave; my room was next to pool. Staff was immediately responsive when I couldn't get on the internet - turns out the issue was my VPN which had to be disabled for 5 seconds during the connection to the internet.

These guys have the BEST staff! Everyone is always so helpful and kind. Anytime I am in the Boro I try to stay here. As a solo traveler, I always feel safe there.

The prices seem to be going up quite a bit...I would love to see better lighting in the rooms. Also, please work on maybe some better breakfast options.

The location was convenient to shops and restaurants. Parking was easy and safe. The gentleman at check-in was very friendly. He encountered a bit of a computer issue during check-in, but was able to remedy the issue quickly and was very apologetic. The hotel was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety. Great value, especially considering the cost of other local hotels. Beds were comfortable and the room / bathroom was spacious.

I reserved the room over a month in advance and called every other weekend to see if it was available and they kept telling me it was available and then I finally got there we did not have two beds we had one bed and a couch that folded out that pissed me off I kept asking about the two beds two beds at two separate grown women coming and you made one of them sleep on a pull-out couch when I paid for two beds that really did piss me off

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. The room had plenty of space, which was nice. We were in the middle of a cross country move and needed a good night's sleep and we got it. I would stay here again.

Lights were dim, so we just turned all the lights on and were fine.

Breakfast was a laugh.. Outdated yogurt only 5 bagels no jelly, no fruit, peanut butter separated, no wayer. Only apple juice as orange juice one was empty. 1 good that was the waffle... Rooms have very limited plug-in for recharging phone. Watch. Tables

I liked the cleanliness and enjoyed the layout of the room including the jacuzzi tub. The property was very convenient to the interstate, restaurants, and shopping

The lighting in the room was very muted by the shading. Even with all the lights turned on, the lighting was dim to dark

Couldn't be accommodated checking in an hr early and the guy at the desk was beyond ready to go for the day. He wasn't really rude necessarily,just didn't care why I was needing it early answer was no. I came back and hr later tho and that man was extremely happy with his job and it showed!! The room was beautiful,clean I didn't do my ick test and wipe everything down b4 I sat! Esp fell in love w the bathroom! Housekeeping did a wonderful job!! Even showered without shoes!! Then Housekeeper knocked and asked if I wanted towels for the next day. Yes I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel!! Will definitely be back❤️
