Loved the pool and hot tub on the 10th floor, which is where we had our room. Very spacious room and nice balcony view. The free breakfast was pretty good every morning.

It was very inconvenient to not be able to smoke on the balcony. We stayed here before and were able to, but not anymore. It should be posted on their website.

The pool on the rooftop was heated and also the jacuzzi. Loved the view and set up of hotel.

I saw 2 roaches. Curtains need upgrading.

The lady serving breakfast was very loud and rude people come their on vacation to enjoy themselves should not have to deal with being yelled at and rude comment made acting like people are inconvenience her by coming down from their room to enjoy breakfast

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were polite and helpful. Pool was great, we really enjoyed it. Short walk to the beach. Breakfast was very good; I don't remember the lady's name but she was very nice. My wife does not eat pork she would have liked some turkey meat, but we understand.

The bed was hard, we moved the mattress to check for bed bugs, we didn't find any but found a lot of dust and dirt on box spring and on the floor. The mattress needs to be cleaned or replaced. The indoor and outdoor carpet in hallways and on balcony needs to be replaced and at least swept off before the room is occupied. The exterminator came while we were in room, I never had that happen before so I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Top of refrigerator was very dusty, it looked like it hadn't been wiped off in a good while. There is no carpet in room the floors are very cold. good thing we brought bedroom shoes. Bathrooms need a little work, water would not drain in sink. we had to prop the thing up so water would drain out, same with tub.

I like how they let you pre register early for your room. I was suppose to check in at 4. I stop by the hotel around noon. We were driving around Myrtle beach trying to kill time. They called us a little after 1 and let us check in. The lobby is huge. They have indoor/outdoor pools and a lazy river. You get breakfast in the mornings. We had a 2 bedroom suite and the living room area had an extra bed you could pull down from the wall. It was comfortable. That was a plus. I went with family so it was rest and relaxation for me. I did enjoy my stay there. I would book there again.

The parking. I wish they had ground level parking outside of parking under the parking deck. Like parking beside the hotel or something. The lowest level is for trucks/SUVS. Spaces were narrow.You’re good if you park where it’s empty or someone didn’t park too close to the lines. But trying to squeeze in a space, cars fit just it’s not roomy. I parked on the 4th floor. The higher up you go the more spaces available. I was on the 16th floor. Elevator were slow but only bc they were occupied during busy hours so you had to wait and ride with whomever since our floor was so far. The Wi-Fi to my room was terrible. It only worked in the bedroom part of our suite but the living room/ balcony area it was awful. Signal kept going out.

I liked the staff. They were very helpful and kind. I never asked for anything twice! Erin told me about a nice park nearby. The kids enjoyed themselves. I even invited my daughter and she and her husband loved their room. The breakfast is always good and the place is clean. Everyone has a balcony! This was my second time staying and I really enjoyed the hot tub and the short walk to the beach.

The bathroom is dated. The toilet didn't flush properly. The towel bar was not attached to the wall. These are relatively simple to fix so a few repairs would have made the difference.

Perfect location directly on the beach and close to everything, amazing view of the sun rise and beach, staff was extremely friendly and willing to help, room and common areas were clean, breakfast was okay, love the murphy beds (such a space saver!), indoor pool/lazy river/hot tub a total vacation saver since it was cold. We would totally come back!

Parking garage is narrow (not very good - and a little scary - for big vehicles, we have a Ford Explorer), rooms can be updated (cracked tiles in bathroom, poor water pressure in the shower, microwave was cracked), kitchen did not have any cookware even though there is a full kitchen (no pots, pans, only 4 cups/plates/utensils even though room sleeps 6), needs more seating/tables where the indoor pool is.

It's the only hotel that we stay in every time we go! It's not 100% perfect but we really like the location and mainly the staff, they are always really friendly!

The room was clean but could be better. The toliet was broken so that every time you sat down it felt like you were falling. The main door hinge was broken which made the door hard to open and close and it punctured the wall to the point that every time we opened it it would Crack the wall more and make a mess in the floor. The balcony door was also broken and had to be lifted with both hands and pushed at the same time to get it to open some.

Location is perfect. Literally steps away from the ocean. Nothing was bad per se, but don't expect any luxury or frills at this hotel. It's OLD. The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was mediocre, but the room and hotel were clean and the value for the view was unbeatable. We had a queen, ocean front room. The main pool was hot, more like a hottub, but people didn't seem to mind as it was used often. The lazy river is fun, the kiddie pool (little pool, 1ft deep) was adorable for little the toddlers. I liked the pool on the 10th floor the best because it was cold and refreshing. All in all, I'd definitely stay again.

Again, nothing was bad enough to complain about, but I was surprised at how old the building was. It doesn't exactly match the pics, but old doesn't necessarily equal bad. Just be ready for it. The garage is insane, it's multi-level and STEEP inclines with sharp corner turns and tight spaces. Anything bigger than a standard car won't make it on the higher levels, but they do have ground parking that is available for trucks/large SUV'S. There was one one coffee filter in the room, no cream/sugar. When I asked for coffee for the second day, they didn't have any. The door to the balcony was old and maybe off the track, so it was hard to open/shut (my 70 year old mom couldn't do it by herself).

Your staff was the best at breakfast,the young lady’s and young tall man, were very inviting and very nice to talk too, I hope to see them next time I book with you. So for them I thank you even the young lady at front desk was great to speak with when I got to the hotel to book in (black girl about 24 years of age ) she was also very pleasant and yes, the hotel is clean.room was nice on the 6th floor room 629.husband and I were happy 😃 so for that thank you for our stay 😊

I can’t say to much but our shower head was not so good and needs to be changed out as it does not work well very little water comes out so Chang it out for next guest
