There was always a variety of options at breakfast to cater to different needs. The options were nutritious and flavorful, too. Finally, my room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the reception was always courteous and attentive.

The beverage in the room was better suited for coffee drinkers. I understand that most travelers prefer their early morning cup of joe, but I am not a coffee drinker. Thankfully, there were more options at breakfast to compensate for the limited beverage options in the room. Also could not add on my Hilton points to my main Hilton account and a different one had to be created for my stay (which I now have to merge).

We loved the friendly staff. Marisa checked us in and she had such a welcoming and happy attitude. We also met Hahn in the elevator (one of the room service workers) He was so friendly as well and you could tell he was working hard. The beds were very comfortable and appeared clean with no bugs or stains. The hotel had a cute modern style and we liked the interior design here. It's also in a convenient location. The indoor pool is a nice touch too, the pool room was heated and the pool was cold.

The check in time for us was 45 minutes. They had a computer glitch or something and it backed everyone up. They were booked so we understand the issues, however they advertise 3pm checkin and we got there at 4pm with a 45 minute wait time after that. Also, there were few towels left in the pool room, we got the last two. And there were old towels left all over. My only other complaint is how dirty the breakfast area floors were. That same area happens to be where you wait for checkin so we noticed a lot of old food on the ground.

I enjoyed the fact that the receptionist I believe her name was dawn or destiny. I forgot but she was really professional and courteous to my needs as a guest. She helped me through the process. She was really helpful and patient. I did not attend the property but have in the past. This type of customer service is why I’ll attend another time at this facility.

I did not attend this lovely staff this week due to my illness.

The breakfast was what is normally offered for a free hot breakfast. There were numerous hot entrees including eggs, sausage and potatoes. The make your self waffle station was nice and the grits offering was unexpected. Overall, the free breakfast was a great amenity. The staff might of been as friendly and helpful as ever I've encountered.

The total cost could have been a tad bit lower. But, then again, everything is costing more these days. Other than that, all was great during our stay.

We fully enjoyed the breakfast. There were lots of food options. Most guests seemed to take advantage of the breakfast. The hotel was fully booked, so I am glad I made our reservation early.

Everything was great. There is some road traffic noise, but I didn't hear it when I was sleeping. The indoor pool looked nice for lap swimming, but we did not get a chance to use it since our stay was so short.

Breakfast was good, clean facility, coffee availability was great, service staff were excellent especially Marisa, she is an Outstanding employee. Her polite helpful care and concern for your residents is your greatest asset.

Pillows are terrible. I have to sleep with my upper body in a slight upright position. two pillows that flatten out and have no useful affect. Fortunately I was able to get additional pillows delivered to the room.

Our family enjoyed the breakfast. It was a nice variety and well stocked. The rooms were quiet, with more solid floors than some places we have stayed, roomy as well.

We were somewhat disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for maintenance the length of our stay. We did not see any activity to indicate a problem or working on a solution for that. Also, a couple of the exercise machines did not seem to function; some others were available.

I didn't quite catch the names of the lady's who assisted me both that night and the next morning.. but I totalled my car that night and had extenuating circumstances the next day with my three year old nephew in hand. I could not have been more blessed to have these people help me out! They accommodated me in every way they possibly could. Thank you lady's! I'll never forget you!

The reception staff was very pleasant and helpful, making an effort to find ice for a cooler carrying medication. While it was late she made our check in quick and hassle free. The breakfast was more than sufficient, with a variety of choices. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

At breakfast we have enjoy chilled boiled eggs but they were not available this time.

Location was great staff very nice. Breakfast was good and just what we needed.

we had a double bed room and one of the beds was on some sort of metal box and the springs were very loud and squeaky. Our 10 year old son slept on that bed so it didn’t bother us too much since he sleeps pretty still. It was just to sleep for the night as we were passing thru so we just dealt with it for the night. The handle on the shower is also coming off and needs to be repaired or replaced.
